背景技术
PA共混材料强度、韧性都较高,但如果用作制造汽车保险杠韧性仍需提高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高韧性的高韧性PA、EPDM共混配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
高韧性PA、EPDM共混配方,其改进之处在于:每100份PA-66树脂中配备:19~23份磺化EPDM、4.5~5.5份ZnSt。
进一步改进在于:每100份PA-66树脂中配备:21~22份磺化EPDM、4.8~5.2份ZnSt。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、PA-66树脂、磺化EPDM共混,显著提高韧性。
2、每100份PA-66树脂中配备:21~22份磺化EPDM、4.8~5.2份ZnSt,可进一步提高韧性。
