PA、PC共混材料具有较高的硬度、强度,但韧性较差。

本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高韧性的PA、PC共混改性配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
PA、PC共混改性配方,其改进之处在于:每100份PA-66树脂中配备:42~45份PC、3~4份双酚A与表气醇缩聚物、5~7份聚丁二烯。
进一步改进在于:每100份PA-66树脂中配备:43~44份PC、3.5~3.8份双酚A与表气醇缩聚物、5.5~6份聚丁二烯。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入聚丁二烯,显著提高韧性。
2、每100份PA-66树脂中配备:43~44份PC、3.5~3.8份双酚A与表气醇缩聚物、5.5~6份聚丁二烯,可进一步提高韧性。
