技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PA共混配方。
背景技术
PA共混材料可用于制作汽车材料,但耐低温的抗冲击性能仍需提高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高耐低温的抗冲击性能的PA、PO共混改性配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
PA、PO共混改性配方,其改进之处在于:每100份PA-6树脂中配备:16~19份HDPE、7~9份EPR-g-MAH。
进一步改进在于:每100份PA-6树脂中配备:17~18份HDPE、8~8.5份EPR-g-MAH。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、PA-6树脂、HDPE共混,显著提高耐低温的抗冲击性能。
2、每100份PA-6树脂中配备:17~18份HDPE、8~8.5份EPR-g-MAH,可进一步提高耐低温的抗冲击性能。

PA、PO共混改性配方,每100份PA-6树脂中配备:16份HDPE、7份EPR-g-MAH。

PA、PO共混改性配方,每100份PA-6树脂中配备:19份HDPE、9份EPR-g-MAH。
实施例3:
PA、PO共混改性配方,每100份PA-6树脂中配备:17份HDPE、8份EPR-g-MAH。
实施例4:
PA、PO共混改性配方,每100份PA-6树脂中配备:18份HDPE、8.5份EPR-g-MAH。

1.一种PA、PO共混改性配方,其特征在于:每100份PA-6树脂中配备:16~19份HDPE、7~9份EPR-g-MAH。
