背景技术
PP、PE共混材料具有较高的硬度,但抗拉强度较低。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高抗拉强度的PP、PE、BR三元共混配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
PP、PE、BR三元共混配方,其改进之处在于:每100份PP树脂中,配备16~18份HDPE树脂、12~16份NBR树脂、6~8份PE-g-MAH相容剂。
进一步改进在于:每100份PP树脂中,配备16~17份HDPE树脂、15~16份NBR树脂、6~7份PE-g-MAH相容剂。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、本发明显著提高抗拉强度。
2、每100份PP树脂中,配备16~17份HDPE树脂、15~16份NBR树脂、6~7份PE-g-MAH相容剂,抗拉强度更好。
