本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PVC、PMMA共混改性配方。
背景技术
PVC、PS共混材料具有较高的阻燃性能,但抗拉强度较差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高抗拉强度的PVC、PMMA共混改性配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
PVC、PMMA共混改性配方,其改进之处在于:每100份PVC树脂中配备:11~14份PMMA树脂、5~8份DOP、6~9份ACR、1.4~1.6份HSt、0.4~0.6份石蜡、4~6份甲基锡。
进一步改进在于:所述PVC树脂为S-800PVC树脂。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:将PVC树脂、PMMA树脂共混,本发明显著提高抗拉强度。

PVC、PMMA共混改性配方,每100份PVC树脂中配备:11份PMMA树脂、5份DOP、6份ACR、1.4份HSt、0.4份石蜡、4份甲基锡,本实施例中,PVC树脂为S-800PVC树脂。
实施例2:
PVC、PMMA共混改性配方,每100份PVC树脂中配备:14份PMMA树脂、8份DOP、9份ACR、1.6份HSt、0.6份石蜡、6份甲基锡,本实施例中,PVC树脂为S-800PVC树脂。

1.一种PVC、PMMA共混改性配方,其特征在于:每100份PVC树脂中配备:11~14份PMMA树脂、5~8份DOP、6~9份ACR、1.4~1.6份HSt、0.4~0.6份石蜡、4~6份甲基锡。
