本发明公开了一种阻燃型PVC材料,包括聚氯乙烯,氯化聚乙烯,稳定剂,加工改性剂,增塑剂,润滑剂,贝壳粉;进一步改进在于:贝壳粉为碳酸钙,用溴化十六烷基三甲铵处理。本发明阻燃性能好。

本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料,特别是一种PVC复合材料。
背景技术
PVC复合材料具有质轻、耐冲击等优点,但阻燃性差,影响了其的推广使用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能提高阻燃性能的阻燃型PVC材料。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
阻燃型PVC材料,包括聚氯乙烯,氯化聚乙烯,稳定剂,加工改性剂,增塑剂,润滑剂,其改进之处在于:还包括贝壳粉。
进一步改进在于:所述贝壳粉为碳酸钙。
进一步改进在于:所述贝壳粉用溴化十六烷基三甲铵处理。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入贝壳粉,显著提高本发明阻燃性能。
2、贝壳粉为碳酸钙,提高本发明拉伸、抗冲击性能。
3、贝壳粉用溴化十六烷基三甲铵处理,进一步提高本发明拉伸、抗冲击性能。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例:
阻燃型PVC材料,包括聚氯乙烯,氯化聚乙烯,稳定剂,加工改性剂,增塑剂,润滑剂,贝壳粉。
本实施例中,贝壳粉为碳酸钙,用溴化十六烷基三甲铵处理。

1.一种阻燃型PVC材料,包括聚氯乙烯,氯化聚乙烯,稳定剂,加工改性剂,增塑剂,润滑剂,其特征在于:还包括贝壳粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃型PVC材料,其特征在于:所述贝壳粉为碳酸钙。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阻燃型PVC材料,其特征在于:所述贝壳粉用溴化十六烷基三甲铵处理。
