PVC复合板材具有耐腐蚀、轻便等特点,但耐磨、阻燃性差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高耐磨、阻燃性的高耐磨阻燃型复合板材。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
高耐磨阻燃型复合板材,包括树脂、填充剂、稳定剂、加工改性剂、润滑剂;其改进之处在于:还包括阻燃剂、SiC纳米粉末。
进一步改进在于:所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入氢氧化铝阻燃剂,显著提高阻燃性。
2、加入SiC纳米粉末,增强耐磨性和强度,PVC复合板材不易变形、开裂。
