本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高韧性、耐磨综合性能的高韧性、高耐磨复合板材。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
高韧性、高耐磨复合板材,包括聚氯乙烯、稳定剂、加工改性剂、增塑剂、润滑剂;其改进之处在于:还包括聚苯乙烯-聚酰亚胺嵌段共聚物、SiC纳米粉末。
进一步改进在于:还包括稳定剂。
更进一步改进在于:所述稳定剂为硬脂酸镁。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入聚苯乙烯-聚酰亚胺嵌段共聚物,增加PVC复合板材的韧性。
2、加入SiC纳米粉末,增强耐磨性和强度,PVC复合板材不易变形、开裂。
3、加入硬脂酸镁稳定剂,能稳定本发明性能。
