PVC复合板材具有耐腐蚀、轻便等特点,但耐磨性差,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高耐磨性的高耐磨复合板材。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
高耐磨复合板材,包括聚氯乙烯、稳定剂、加工改性剂、增塑剂、润滑剂;其特征在于:还包括SiC纳米粉末。
进一步改进在于:还包括增强剂。
更进一步改进在于:所述增强剂为纳米级CaCO3
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入SiC纳米粉末,增强耐磨性和强度,PVC复合板材不易变形、开裂。
2、加入增强剂,提高本发明结构强度。
3、增强剂为纳米级CaCO3,显著提高结构强度。
