本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料,特别是一种PVC复合板材。
背景技术
PVC复合板材的大量使用,节约了木材,但耐腐蚀、耐磨综合性能差,使用寿命短,限制了使用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高耐腐蚀、耐磨综合性能的耐腐蚀、高耐磨纳米复合板材。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
耐腐蚀、高耐磨纳米复合板材,包括聚氯乙烯、稳定剂、加工改性剂、增塑剂、润滑剂;其改进之处在于:还包括SiC纳米粉末、耐腐蚀剂。
进一步改进在于:所述耐腐蚀剂为S-5373。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入SiC纳米粉末,增强耐磨性和强度,PVC复合板材不易变形、开裂。
2、加入S-5373耐腐蚀剂,有效防止自然界弱酸弱碱对PVC复合板材的腐蚀。

1.一种耐腐蚀、高耐磨纳米复合板材,包括聚氯乙烯、稳定剂、加工改性剂、增塑剂、润滑剂;其特征在于:还包括SiC纳米粉末、耐腐蚀剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀、高耐磨纳米复合板材,其特征在于:所述耐腐蚀剂为S-5373。
