本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀复合板材,包括聚氯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯‑聚丁二烯‑聚苯乙烯共聚物、氯化聚乙烯、稳定剂、加工改性剂、增塑剂、润滑剂、耐磨剂、耐腐蚀剂、阻燃剂、SiC纳米粉末、增强剂、紫外线吸收剂;其改进之处在于:耐磨剂为FIAT‑A,耐腐蚀剂为S‑5373,紫外线吸收剂为UV‑326;进一步改进在于:增强剂为纳米级CaCO3;阻燃剂为三氧化二锑。本发明具有较高耐腐蚀性、韧性、耐磨性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料,特别是一种PVC复合板。
背景技术
PVC复合板材由于存在着耐磨性差、耐候性差等缺陷,使得PVC复合板材在室外应用方面受到限制,特别是如应用到室外运动场上,需要PVC复合板材具有较高的强度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,而现有技术的PVC复合板材在这方面存在着明显的不足。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种具有较高耐腐蚀性、韧性、耐磨性的耐腐蚀复合板材。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
耐腐蚀复合板材,包括聚氯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-聚丁二烯-聚苯乙烯共聚物、氯化聚乙烯、稳定剂、加工改性剂、增塑剂、润滑剂、耐磨剂、耐腐蚀剂、阻燃剂、SiC纳米粉末、增强剂、紫外线吸收剂;其改进之处在于:所述耐磨剂为FIAT-A,耐腐蚀剂为S-5373,紫外线吸收剂为UV-326。
进一步改进在于:所述增强剂为纳米级CaCO3。
进一步改进在于:所述阻燃剂为三氧化二锑。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-聚丁二烯-聚苯乙烯共聚物、氯化聚乙烯,增加PVC复合板材的韧性。
2、加入UV-326紫外线吸收剂使PVC复合板材在自然光照下不会分解;
3、加入FIAT-A耐磨剂使得PVC复合板材的耐磨性显著提高。
4、加入S-5373耐腐蚀剂,有效防止自然界弱酸弱碱对PVC复合板材的腐蚀。
5、加入SiC纳米粉末,增强耐磨性和强度,PVC复合板材不易变形、开裂。
6、增强剂为纳米级CaCO3,显著提高结构强度。
7、加入三氧化二锑,显著提高阻燃性能。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
耐腐蚀复合板材,包括聚氯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-聚丁二烯-聚苯乙烯共聚物、氯化聚乙烯、稳定剂、加工改性剂、增塑剂、润滑剂、耐磨剂、耐腐蚀剂、阻燃剂、SiC纳米粉末、增强剂、紫外线吸收剂;耐磨剂为FIAT-A,耐腐蚀剂为S-5373,紫外线吸收剂为UV-326,增强剂为纳米级CaCO3,阻燃剂为三氧化二锑。

1.一种耐腐蚀复合板材,包括聚氯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-聚丁二烯-聚苯乙烯共聚物、氯化聚乙烯、稳定剂、加工改性剂、增塑剂、润滑剂、耐磨剂、耐腐蚀剂、阻燃剂、SiC纳米粉末、增强剂、紫外线吸收剂;其特征在于:所述耐磨剂为FIAT-A,耐腐蚀剂为S-5373,紫外线吸收剂为UV-326。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀复合板材,其特征在于:所述增强剂为纳米级CaCO3。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐腐蚀复合板材,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为三氧化二锑。
