本发明公开了一种高强度PVC复合材料,由塑料、蒙脱土粒子、碳酸钙粒子和各种助剂组成,各组分的重量配比为:塑料60~70%,蒙脱土粒子5~6%,碳酸钙粒子5~6%,相容剂8~11%,润滑剂7~8%,增韧剂2~4%;进一步改进在于:蒙脱土粒子、碳酸钙粒子采用硅烷进行处理,润滑剂为硬脂酸或液体石蜡。本发明加入蒙脱土粒子、碳酸钙粒子,提高本发明拉伸、抗冲击性能,制造费用低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料,特别是一种PVC复合材料。
背景技术
随着纳米技术的发展,采用纳米技术提高PVC复合材料性能已得到应用,但已得到应用的纳米粒子种类较少,限制了纳米技术在PVC复合材料方面的应用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能增加纳米粒子在PVC复合材料应用上种类的高强度PVC复合材料。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
高强度PVC复合材料,其改进之处在于:由塑料、蒙脱土粒子、碳酸钙粒子和各种助剂组成,各组分的重量配比为:塑料60~70%,蒙脱土粒子5~6%,碳酸钙粒子5~6%,相容剂8~11%,润滑剂7~8%,增韧剂2~4%。
进一步改进在于:所述蒙脱土粒子、碳酸钙粒子采用硅烷进行处理。
进一步改进在于:所述润滑剂为硬脂酸或液体石蜡。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入蒙脱土粒子、碳酸钙粒子,提高本发明拉伸、抗冲击性能;另一方面,碳酸钙粒子价格较低,显著降低了本发明的制造费用。
2、采用蒙脱土粒子、碳酸钙粒子,增加纳米粒子在PVC复合材料应用上种类。
3、蒙脱土粒子、碳酸钙粒子采用硅烷进行处理,进一步提高本发明力学性能。
4、润滑剂为硬脂酸或液体石蜡,有利于成型。

实施例:
高强度PVC复合材料,由塑料、蒙脱土粒子、碳酸钙粒子和各种助剂组成,各组分的重量配比为:塑料60~70%,蒙脱土粒子5~6%,碳酸钙粒子5~6%,相容剂8~11%,润滑剂7~8%,增韧剂2~4%。
本实施例中,蒙脱土粒子、碳酸钙粒子采用硅烷进行处理。
本实施例中,润滑剂为硬脂酸或液体石蜡。

2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度PVC复合材料,其特征在于:所述蒙脱土粒子、碳酸钙粒子采用硅烷进行处理。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高强度PVC复合材料,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为硬脂酸或液体石蜡。
