Abstract

본 발명은 우수한 물성의 발현 및 유지가 가능한 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 폴리아릴렌 설파이드는 용융 중합 직후에 2 내지 10 mm의 크기를 갖는 펠렛 형태를 띄고 있으며, 전체 수지의 중량에 대해 300ppm 이하의 잔류 용매 함량을 갖는다. 이와 같은 폴리아릴렌 설파이드는 우수한 물성의 발현 및 유지가 가능하고, 특히 제품 내 기포나 표면에 얼룩을 발생시키지 않고, 인장강도 등의 기계적 물성이 우수하여, 폴리아릴렌 설파이드의 제조 및 이를 이용한 성형품의 제작에 관한 산업 분야에 유용하게 응용될 수 있다.
