本发明公开了一种PVC共混改性配方,每100份PVC树脂配备:8~11份三碱式硫酸铅、3~5份二碱式亚磷酸铅、2~3份CaSt、1~1.5份BaSt、0.4~0.6份HSt、0.5~0.7份石蜡、11~14份CaCO3共混而成。本发明显著提高力学性能、抗冲击性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PVC管材配方。
背景技术
PVC管材具有较高的硬度、耐腐蚀性,但力学性能、抗冲击性能还需进一步改善。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高力学性能、抗冲击性能的PVC共混改性配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
PVC共混改性配方,其改进之处在于:每100份PVC树脂配备:8~11份三碱式硫酸铅、3~5份二碱式亚磷酸铅、2~3份CaSt、1~1.5份BaSt、0.4~0.6份HSt、0.5~0.7份石蜡、11~14份CaCO3共混而成。
进一步改进在于:每100份PVC树脂配备:9~10份三碱式硫酸铅、4~4.5份二碱式亚磷酸铅、2.5~2.8份CaSt、1.2~1.4份BaSt、0.45~0.5份HSt、0.6~0.65份石蜡、12~13份CaCO3共混而成。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入CaCO3,可显著提高力学性能、抗冲击性能。
2、每100份PVC树脂配备:9~10份三碱式硫酸铅、4~4.5份二碱式亚磷酸铅、2.5~2.8份CaSt、1.2~1.4份BaSt、0.45~0.5份HSt、0.6~0.65份石蜡、12~13份CaCO3共混而成,可进一步提高力学性能、抗冲击性能。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
PVC共混改性配方,每100份PVC树脂配备:8份三碱式硫酸铅、3份二碱式亚磷酸铅、2份CaSt、1份BaSt、0.4份HSt、0.5份石蜡、11份CaCO3共混而成。

PVC共混改性配方,每100份PVC树脂配备:11份三碱式硫酸铅、5份二碱式亚磷酸铅、3份CaSt、1.5份BaSt、0.6份HSt、0.7份石蜡、14份CaCO3共混而成。
实施例3:
PVC共混改性配方,每100份PVC树脂配备:9份三碱式硫酸铅、4份二碱式亚磷酸铅、2.5份CaSt、1.2份BaSt、0.45份HSt、0.6份石蜡、12份CaCO3共混而成。
实施例4:
PVC共混改性配方,每100份PVC树脂配备:10份三碱式硫酸铅、4.5份二碱式亚磷酸铅、2.8份CaSt、1.4份BaSt、0.5份HSt、0.65份石蜡、13份CaCO3共混而成。
