本发明公开了一种抗冲击型PVC、CPVC、CPE三元共混配方,每100份PVC树脂中,配备:36~39份CEP树脂、11~13份ACR‑201加工助剂、3.2~3.3份三碱式硫酸铅、1.7~1.8份二碱式亚磷酸铅、1.1~1.3份磷酸氢二钠、0.6~0.7份PbSt、1.1~1.3份HSt润滑剂、1.2~1.4份石蜡共混而成。本发明显著提高抗冲击强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PVC管材配方。
背景技术
PVC管材,是由聚氯乙烯树脂与稳定剂、润滑剂等配合后用热压法挤压成型,抗腐蚀能力强、易于粘接、价格低、质地坚硬,但抗冲击强度需进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高抗冲击强度的抗冲击型PVC、CPVC、CPE三元共混配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
抗冲击型PVC、CPVC、CPE三元共混配方,其改进之处在于:每100份PVC树脂中,配备:36~39份CEP树脂、11~13份ACR-201加工助剂、3.2~3.3份三碱式硫酸铅、1.7~1.8份二碱式亚磷酸铅、1.1~1.3份磷酸氢二钠、0.6~0.7份PbSt、1.1~1.3份HSt润滑剂、1.2~1.4份石蜡共混而成。
进一步改进在于:每100份PVC树脂中,配备:37~38份CEP树脂、12~12.5份ACR-201加工助剂、3.2~3.25份三碱式硫酸铅、1.7~1.75份二碱式亚磷酸铅、1.1~1.2份磷酸氢二钠、0.63~0.65份PbSt、1.2~1.25份HSt润滑剂、1.2~1.3份石蜡共混而成。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入CEP可显著提高抗冲击强度。
2、每100份PVC树脂中,配备:37~38份CEP树脂、12~12.5份ACR-201加工助剂、3.2~3.25份三碱式硫酸铅、1.7~1.75份二碱式亚磷酸铅、1.1~1.2份磷酸氢二钠、0.63~0.65份PbSt、1.2~1.25份HSt润滑剂、1.2~1.3份石蜡共混而成,可进一步提高抗冲击强度。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
抗冲击型PVC、CPVC、CPE三元共混配方,每100份PVC树脂中,配备:36份CEP树脂、11份ACR-201加工助剂、3.2份三碱式硫酸铅、1.7份二碱式亚磷酸铅、1.1份磷酸氢二钠、0.6份PbSt、1.1份HSt润滑剂、1.2份石蜡共混而成。
实施例2:
抗冲击型PVC、CPVC、CPE三元共混配方,每100份PVC树脂中,配备:39份CEP树脂、13份ACR-201加工助剂、3.3份三碱式硫酸铅、1.8份二碱式亚磷酸铅、1.3份磷酸氢二钠、0.7份PbSt、1.3份HSt润滑剂、1.4份石蜡共混而成。
实施例3:
抗冲击型PVC、CPVC、CPE三元共混配方,每100份PVC树脂中,配备:37份CEP树脂、12份ACR-201加工助剂、3.2份三碱式硫酸铅、1.7份二碱式亚磷酸铅、1.1份磷酸氢二钠、0.63份PbSt、1.2份HSt润滑剂、1.2份石蜡共混而成。
实施例4:
抗冲击型PVC、CPVC、CPE三元共混配方,每100份PVC树脂中,配备:38份CEP树脂、12.5份ACR-201加工助剂、3.25份三碱式硫酸铅、1.75份二碱式亚磷酸铅、1.2份磷酸氢二钠、0.65份PbSt、1.25份HSt润滑剂、1.3份石蜡共混而成。

1.一种抗冲击型PVC、CPVC、CPE三元共混配方,其特征在于:每100份PVC树脂中,配备:36~39份CEP树脂、11~13份ACR-201加工助剂、3.2~3.3份三碱式硫酸铅、1.7~1.8份二碱式亚磷酸铅、1.1~1.3份磷酸氢二钠、0.6~0.7份PbSt、1.1~1.3份HSt润滑剂、1.2~1.4份石蜡共混而成。
