Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗氧化型PVC、ABS共混配方,由50份PVC树脂、50份ABS树脂、3.2~3.5份三碱式硫酸铅、2.2~2.4份二碱式硬脂酸铅、0.6~0.9份CaSt、0.6~0.9份1010抗氧剂共混而成。本发明显著提高抗氧化性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PVC共混改性配方。
背景技术
PVC共混材料具有较高的硬度、抗腐蚀性能,但抗氧化性能较差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高抗氧化性能的抗氧化型PVC、ABS共混配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
抗氧化型PVC、ABS共混配方,其改进之处在于:由50份PVC树脂、50份ABS树脂、3.2~3.5份三碱式硫酸铅、2.2~2.4份二碱式硬脂酸铅、0.6~0.9份CaSt、0.6~0.9份1010抗氧剂共混而成。
进一步改进在于:由50份PVC树脂、50份ABS树脂、3.3~3.4份三碱式硫酸铅、2.3~2.35份二碱式硬脂酸铅、0.7~0.8份CaSt、0.7~0.8份1010抗氧剂共混而成。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入1010抗氧剂,显著提高抗氧化性能。
2、由50份PVC树脂、50份ABS树脂、3.3~3.4份三碱式硫酸铅、2.3~2.35份二碱式硬脂酸铅、0.7~0.8份CaSt、0.7~0.8份1010抗氧剂共混而成,进一步提高抗氧化性能。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
抗氧化型PVC、ABS共混配方,由50份PVC树脂、50份ABS树脂、3.2份三碱式硫酸铅、2.2份二碱式硬脂酸铅、0.6份CaSt、0.6份1010抗氧剂共混而成。
实施例2:
抗氧化型PVC、ABS共混配方,由50份PVC树脂、50份ABS树脂、3.5份三碱式硫酸铅、2.4份二碱式硬脂酸铅、0.9份CaSt、0.9份1010抗氧剂共混而成。
实施例3:
抗氧化型PVC、ABS共混配方,由50份PVC树脂、50份ABS树脂、3.3份三碱式硫酸铅、2.3份二碱式硬脂酸铅、0.7份CaSt、0.7份1010抗氧剂共混而成。
实施例4:
抗氧化型PVC、ABS共混配方,由50份PVC树脂、50份ABS树脂、3.4份三碱式硫酸铅、2.35份二碱式硬脂酸铅、0.8份CaSt、0.8份1010抗氧剂共混而成。

1.一种抗氧化型PVC、ABS共混配方,其特征在于:由50份PVC树脂、50份ABS树脂、3.2~3.5份三碱式硫酸铅、2.2~2.4份二碱式硬脂酸铅、0.6~0.9份CaSt、0.6~0.9份1010抗氧剂共混而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗氧化型PVC、ABS共混配方,其特征在于:由50份PVC树脂、50份ABS树脂、3.3~3.4份三碱式硫酸铅、2.3~2.35份二碱式硬脂酸铅、0.7~0.8份CaSt、0.7~0.8份1010抗氧剂共混而成。
