本发明公开了一种高效阻燃的玻璃钢复合材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:无碱玻璃短纤维18-24份、环氧乙烯基树脂12-17份、阻燃剂0.4-1.1份、异辛酸钴0.7-1.8份、氢氧化铝3-6份、过氧化氢9-16份、双环戊二烯0.3-0.6份、六次亚甲基四胺0.03-0.2份,所述环氧乙烯基树脂为双酚A环氧乙烯基酯树脂、酚醛环氧乙烯基酯树脂中的一种,所述阻燃剂为聚磷酰胺。本发明具有化学稳定性和强度,阻燃效果好。

一种高效阻燃的玻璃钢复合材料
技术领域
本发明属于复合材料领域,具体涉及一种高效阻燃的玻璃钢复合材料。
背景技术
玻璃钢具有耐腐蚀、重量轻的特点,在各领域得到了运用,但是高分子材料的通性易燃,在使用时存在诸多火灾隐患。目前提高玻璃钢复合材料阻燃性的主要方法为添加阻燃剂,但是阻燃剂都有一定的不足,比如含卤素阻燃剂,阻燃效果好,但是在阻燃过程中易产生大量有害烟雾,卤素阻燃剂逐步被淘汰。因此,研发一种安全环保、无毒无公害的无机阻燃剂,是提高玻璃钢复合材料阻燃性能的关键。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种高效阻燃的玻璃钢复合材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是,一种高效阻燃的玻璃钢复合材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:无碱玻璃短纤维18-24份、环氧乙烯基树脂12-17份、阻燃剂0.4-1.1份、异辛酸钴0.7-1.8份、氢氧化铝3-6份、过氧化氢9-16份、双环戊二烯0.3-0.6份、六次亚甲基四胺0.03-0.2份,所述环氧乙烯基树脂为双酚A环氧乙烯基酯树脂、酚醛环氧乙烯基酯树脂中的一种,所述阻燃剂为聚磷酰胺。
本发明具有以下优点:
(1)采用无碱玻璃短纤维,化学稳定性、电绝缘性能、强度都很好;
(2)采用聚磷酰胺阻燃剂,含磷量高、含氮量多,不含卤素,热稳定性好,水溶性好,阻燃及抑烟效能好。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的阐述。
实施例1
一种高效阻燃的玻璃钢复合材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:无碱玻璃短纤维18份、环氧乙烯基树脂12份、阻燃剂0.4份、异辛酸钴0.7份、氢氧化铝3份、过氧化氢9份、双环戊二烯0.3份、六次亚甲基四胺0.03份,所述环氧乙烯基树脂为双酚A环氧乙烯基酯树脂,所述阻燃剂为聚磷酰胺。
实施例2
一种高效阻燃的玻璃钢复合材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:无碱玻璃短纤维20份、环氧乙烯基树脂15份、阻燃剂0.8份、异辛酸钴1份、氢氧化铝5份、过氧化氢10份、双环戊二烯0.4份、六次亚甲基四胺0.1份,所述环氧乙烯基树脂为双酚A环氧乙烯基酯树脂,所述阻燃剂为聚磷酰胺。
实施例3
一种高效阻燃的玻璃钢复合材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:无碱玻璃短纤维24份、环氧乙烯基树脂17份、阻燃剂1.1份、异辛酸钴1.8份、氢氧化铝6份、过氧化氢16份、双环戊二烯0.6份、六次亚甲基四胺0.2饭份,所述环氧乙烯基树脂为酚醛环氧乙烯基酯树脂,所述阻燃剂为聚磷酰胺。
