本发明涉及电缆料技术领域,具体是一种防水耐腐蚀电缆料。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,电线电缆被越来越广泛的应用于各个领域。但是传统的电缆只能解决常规的室内室外环境需求,对需要在水中作业的设备,常规电缆在水环境中长时间使用,其性能会发生变化,达不到安规要求。为了扩大电缆的使用范围,电缆要同时具有多种性能,既具有良好的防水性能、同时具有耐腐蚀,耐磨和抗老化等性能,这成为电缆料发展的方向。
发明内容
因此,为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种防水耐腐蚀电缆料,可以在水环境下正常工作,而且具有耐腐蚀,耐磨和抗老化等性能。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防水耐腐蚀电缆料,包括以下重量份的原料:三元乙丙橡胶70-100份,硬脂酸锌3-6份,硼酸锌60-80份,烷基化二苯胺6-10份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷2-4 份,硫酸铜5-7份,玻璃纤维5-10份,交联剂3-10份,防水剂10-20份。
优选的,所述交联剂为双 -(叔丁基过氧化异丙基)苯。
本发明的有益效果是:无卤阻燃剂在燃烧时不会产生有害物质,使电缆料具有良好的阻燃效果,偶联剂乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷提高了电缆料的加工性能和低烟自熄性能,防水剂可以形成表面镀膜层,有效的起到了防水作用,硫酸铜都具有很好的抗腐蚀效果,能够降低电缆的腐蚀率,延长电缆的使用寿命,玻璃纤维等原料使得电缆料具有极好的耐酸腐蚀性能,尤其适用于酸性环境中使用。本发明组成原料配方合理,具有很好的耐腐蚀和防水性能,水环境下可长期正常工作,而且耐磨性和抗老化性能强,使用寿命长。

一种防水耐腐蚀电缆料,包括以下重量份的原料:三元乙丙橡胶70份,硬脂酸锌3份,硼酸锌80份,烷基化二苯胺6份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷2份,硫酸铜7份,玻璃纤维5份,双 -(叔丁基过氧化异丙基)苯10份,防水剂10份。

一种防水耐腐蚀电缆料,包括以下重量份的原料:三元乙丙橡胶90份,硬脂酸锌5份,硼酸锌70份,烷基化二苯胺8份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷3 份,硫酸铜6份,玻璃纤维8份,双 -(叔丁基过氧化异丙基)苯3份,防水剂15份。

三元乙丙橡胶:70-100份,
硬脂酸锌:3-6份,
硼酸锌:60-80份,
烷基化二苯胺:6-10份,

硫酸铜:5-7份,
玻璃纤维:5-10份,
交联剂:3-10份,
防水剂:10-20份。
