本发明公开了一种环保无卤阻燃电缆料,包括下述重量份原料:LDPE树脂90‑100份,EPDM树脂30‑50份,EVA树脂20‑30份,PVC树脂5‑10份,氢氧化铝100‑120份,红磷20‑24份,防白蚁剂2‑6份,稳定剂2‑4份。本发明挤出工艺性能优异,LOI值高,阻燃性能好,环保无卤。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保无卤阻燃电缆料。
背景技术
电线电缆绝缘及护套用塑料俗称电缆料,其中包括了橡胶、塑料、尼龙等多种品种。电缆料生产企业是以电缆生产企业为用户,只要有电线电缆需求就有电缆料的市场。电线电缆产品中除钢芯铝绞线、电磁线等裸线产品外几乎都需要绝缘层口。目前我国有电线电缆生产企业近 5000 家,又有城乡电网改造、西部大开发及通信设施大面积升级改造对电线电缆产品的巨大需求,因而从一段时间来看,电缆料在我国具有广泛的市场发展前景。
然而,现有的电缆料,阻燃性能差。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种环保无卤阻燃电缆料。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种环保无卤阻燃电缆料,包括下述重量份原料 :LDPE树脂90-100份,EPDM树脂30-50份,EVA树脂20-30 份,PVC树脂5-10份,氢氧化铝 100-120份,红磷20-24份,防白蚁剂2-6份,稳定剂2-4份。
进一步地,所述防白蚁剂,由下述组分按重量份组成:阿维菌素60-80份、细辛脂素10-20份和二氢辣椒素20-22 份。
进一步地,所述稳定剂为环保钙锌稳定剂。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,挤出工艺性能优异,LOI值高,阻燃性能好,环保无卤;
阿维菌素对白蚁具有较强的毒杀作用;细辛脂素和二氢辣椒素属于生物防蚁剂,原料本身毒性较小,但防蚁效果均明显比阿维菌素差。本发明将阿维菌素、细辛脂素和二氢辣椒素三种防蚁剂复配使用后,协同增效,白蚁击倒时间明显降低,防蚁性能好。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作更进一步的说明。
实施例一:
一种环保无卤阻燃电缆料,包括下述重量份原料 :LDPE树脂90份,EPDM树脂30份,EVA树脂20份,PVC树脂5份,氢氧化铝 100份,红磷20份,防白蚁剂2份,环保钙锌稳定剂2份。
所述防白蚁剂,由下述组分按重量份组成:阿维菌素60份、细辛脂素10份和二氢辣椒素20份。
实施例二:
一种环保无卤阻燃电缆料,包括下述重量份原料 :LDPE树脂95份,EPDM树脂40份,EVA树脂25 份,PVC树脂7.5份,氢氧化铝 110份,红磷22份,防白蚁剂4份,环保钙锌稳定剂3份。
所述防白蚁剂,由下述组分按重量份组成:阿维菌素70份、细辛脂素15份和二氢辣椒素21 份。
实施例三:
一种环保无卤阻燃电缆料,包括下述重量份原料 :LDPE树脂100份,EPDM树脂50份,EVA树脂30 份,PVC树脂10份,氢氧化铝 120份,红磷24份,防白蚁剂6份,环保钙锌稳定剂4份。
所述防白蚁剂,由下述组分按重量份组成:阿维菌素80份、细辛脂素20份和二氢辣椒素22 份。

1.一种环保无卤阻燃电缆料,其特征在于,包括下述重量份原料 :LDPE树脂90-100份,EPDM树脂30-50份,EVA树脂20-30 份,PVC树脂5-10份,氢氧化铝 100-120份,红磷20-24份,防白蚁剂2-6份,稳定剂2-4份。
2.如权利要求1所述的环保无卤阻燃电缆料,其特征在于,所述防白蚁剂,由下述组分按重量份组成:阿维菌素60-80份、细辛脂素10-20份和二氢辣椒素20-22 份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保无卤阻燃电缆料,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为环保钙锌稳定剂。
