本发明公开了一种无卤阻燃电缆料,包括下述重量份原料:LDPE树脂60-80份,EPDM树脂15-25份,EVA树脂5-15份,氢氧化铝70-90份,红磷6-8份。本发明的无卤阻燃电缆料,挤出工艺性能优异,LOI值高,阻燃性能好。

无卤阻燃电缆料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆料,尤其涉及一种无卤阻燃电缆料。
背景技术
电线电缆绝缘及护套用塑料俗称电缆料,其中包括了橡胶、塑料、尼龙等多种品种。电缆料生产企业是以电缆生产企业为用户,只要有电线电缆需求就有电缆料的市场。电线电缆产品中除钢芯铝绞线、电磁线等裸线产品外几乎都需要绝缘层口。目前我国有电线电缆生产企业近5000家,又有城乡电网改造、西部大开发及通信设施大面积升级改造对电线电缆产品的巨大需求,因而从一段时间来看,电缆料在我国具有广泛的市场发展前景。
然而,现有的电缆料,阻燃性能差。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种无卤阻燃电缆料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种无卤阻燃电缆料,包括下述重量份原料:LDPE树脂60-80份,EPDM树脂15-25份,EVA树脂5-15份,氢氧化铝70-90份,红磷6-8份。
优选地,一种无卤阻燃电缆料,还包括下述重量份原料:防白蚁剂1-3份。
所述防白蚁剂为阿维菌素、细辛脂素和二氢辣椒素中的一种或其混合物。
优选地,所述防白蚁剂,由下述组分按重量份组成:阿维菌素70-90份、细辛脂素5-15份和二氢辣椒素5-15份。
阿维菌素,CAS号:71751-41-2;细辛脂素,CAS号:133-05-1;二氢辣椒素,CAS号:19408-84-5。
显然,根据实际需要,在本发明中还可以添加抗氧剂、着色剂等。
本发明的无卤阻燃电缆料,可以采用本领域通用方法制备而成,例如采用下述制备工艺:将各原材料在混合机上混合,在螺杆挤出机上塑化造粒,即可制得本发明的无卤阻燃电缆料。
本发明的无卤阻燃电缆料,挤出工艺性能优异,LOI值高,阻燃性能好。
具体实施方式
实施例1-5
按照表1中对应实施例1-5数据称取各原料。将各原材料在混合机上混合,在螺杆挤出机上塑化造粒,即可制得本发明的无卤阻燃电缆料。

LDPE树脂选用中石化茂名公司生产的牌号为DFDA-7042的LLDPE树脂。EPDM树脂选用美国陶氏公司型号为4640的三元乙丙橡胶EPDM树脂。EVA树脂选用美国杜邦公司牌号为670A的EVA树脂。
测试例1
实施例2的无卤阻燃电缆料性能测试:拉升强度10.6MPa,伸长率200%,20℃体积电阻率,1.8×1013Ω·m,氧指数30.5%。
测试例2:
采用GB/T2951.38-1986电线电缆白蚁试验方法,进行击倒法测试。试片:50mm×50mm×1mm。

阿维菌素对白蚁具有较强的毒杀作用;细辛脂素和二氢辣椒素属于生物防蚁剂,原料本身毒性较小,但防蚁效果均明显比阿维菌素差。本发明将阿维菌素、细辛脂素和二氢辣椒素三种防蚁剂复配使用后,协同增效,白蚁击倒时间明显降低,防蚁性能好。

1.无卤阻燃电缆料,其特征在于,包括下述重量份原料:LDPE树脂60-80份,EPDM树脂15-25份,EVA树脂5-15份,氢氧化铝70-90份,红磷6-8份。
2.如权利要求1所述的无卤阻燃电缆料,其特征在于,还包括下述重量份原料:防白蚁剂1-3份,
所述防白蚁剂,由下述组分按重量份组成:阿维菌素70-90份、细辛脂素5-15份和二氢辣椒素5-15份。
