本发明公开了一种骨架连接的扁形电力电缆,包括有多根水平并列排布的导线,多根导线外分别依次包覆有聚乙烯绝缘层、低烟无卤阻燃带外绕包层,低烟无卤阻燃带外绕包层外共同包覆有扁形结构的内护套层,所述内护套层内设有橡胶骨架,橡胶骨架将相邻的导线连接在一起;所述低烟无卤阻燃带外绕包层内填充有耐高温纤维丝,低烟无卤阻燃带外绕包层外依次包覆有扁形结构的铜带屏蔽层、由钢丝绞合成束构成的铠装层、氟塑料外护套层;铜带屏蔽层与铠装层之间设有一层耐火云母层。本发明结构改进简单实用,提高了其整体的抗压机械性能,同时设计有阻燃防火的结构层,实用性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,主要是一种骨架连接的扁形电力电缆。
背景技术
电力电缆是用于传输和分配电能的电缆,常用于城市地下电网、发电站的引出线路、工矿企业的内部供电,现有使用的电力电缆大多是圆形结构,整体的抗压机械性能较差,容易变形;但在保持电力电缆整体机械性能的同时,也需注重电力电缆的阻燃防火性。目前的电缆中用到的绝缘、护套材料存在韧性差、发脆开裂的情况,影响电缆的使用性能。

发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种骨架连接的扁形电力电缆,其结构改进简单实用,扁形结构的电力电缆配合橡胶骨架的连接,提高了其整体的抗压机械性能,同时设计有阻燃防火的结构层,实用性能好。本发明的电缆中使用到的护套层材料,具有韧性好、不发脆开裂的优点,提高了电缆的使用性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种骨架连接的扁形电力电缆,包括有多根导线,其特征在于:所述的多根导线水平并列排布,所述多根导线外分别依次包覆有聚乙烯绝缘层、低烟无卤阻燃带外绕包层,所述多根导线的低烟无卤阻燃带外绕包层外共同包覆有扁形结构的内护套层,所述扁形结构的内护套层内设有橡胶骨架,所述的橡胶骨架将相邻的导线连接在一起;所述扁形结构的低烟无卤阻燃带外绕包层内填充有耐高温纤维丝,所述扁形结构的低烟无卤阻燃带外绕包层外依次包覆有扁形结构的铜带屏蔽层和氟塑料外护套层;在所述的氟塑料外护套层内设有一层由钢丝绞合成束构成的铠装层,所述的铜带屏蔽层与铠装层之间设有一层耐火云母层。
所述的内护套层采用下述重量份的原料制得:滑石粉10-20、N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺2-4、巴西棕榈蜡1-2、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍 2-3、石英玻璃纤维1-2、烷基间苯二酚甲醛树脂10-20、高密度聚乙烯HDPE 30-40、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚1-2、氯化聚乙烯70-80、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1-2、三元乙丙橡胶30-50、氢氧化镁10-30,环烷酸锌2-4,改性硬质陶土30-44、ACR助剂1-2、阿拉伯树胶粉3-6、丙烯酸丁酯1-2、己二酸二辛酯0.2-0.5;
改性硬质陶土的制备方法是将硬质陶土用浓度为22-28%的双氧水中边搅拌边泡1-2小时后,再过滤,用去离子水洗净,烘干,于500-550℃下煅烧1-2小时,取出冷却后,与相当于硬质陶土重量2-4%的抗氧剂T501、1-2%的三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、1-2%的正硅酸乙酯、1.3-1.5%的硬脂酸混匀后,烘干粉碎成粉末即得。
所述的内护套层材料制备方法为:
(1)取阿拉伯树胶粉、N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍、改性硬质陶土、高密度聚乙烯HDPE按重量份混匀,于捏合机中120-128℃下捏合7-9分钟后,取出冷却;
(2)将步骤(1)所得冷却后的物料与剩余各原料混匀,于双螺杆挤出机中混炼、造粒,控制温度在168-170℃,得到成品。
本发明的优点是:
本发明结构改进简单实用,扁形结构的电力电缆配合橡胶骨架的连接,提高了其整体的抗压机械性能,同时设计有阻燃防火的结构层,实用性能好。本发明的电缆中使用到的内护套层材料,具有韧性好、不发脆开裂的优点,提高了电缆的使用性能。

具体实施方式
参见图1,一种骨架连接的扁形电力电缆,包括有多根导线1,所述的多根导线1水平并列排布,所述多根导线1外分别依次包覆有聚乙烯绝缘层2、低烟无卤阻燃带外绕包层3,所述多根导线的低烟无卤阻燃带外绕包层3外共同包覆有扁形结构的内护套层4,所述扁形结构的内护套层4内设有橡胶骨架5,所述的橡胶骨架5将相邻的导线1连接在一起;所述扁形结构的低烟无卤阻燃带外绕包层3内填充有耐高温纤维丝6,所述扁形结构的低烟无卤阻燃带外绕包层3外依次包覆有扁形结构的铜带屏蔽层7和氟塑料外护套层8;在所述的氟塑料外护套层8内设有一层由钢丝绞合成束构成的铠装层9,所述的铜带屏蔽层7与铠装层9之间设有一层耐火云母层10。
内护套层其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:滑石粉18、N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺3、巴西棕榈蜡1、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍3、石英玻璃纤维1、烷基间苯二酚甲醛树脂18、高密度聚乙烯HDPE 40、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚2、氯化聚乙烯75、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1、三元乙丙橡胶50、氢氧化镁30,环烷酸锌4,改性硬质陶土44、ACR助剂2、阿拉伯树胶粉6、丙烯酸丁酯2、己二酸二辛酯0.5;
改性硬质陶土的制备方法是将硬质陶土用浓度为26%的双氧水中边搅拌边泡2小时后,再过滤,用去离子水洗净,烘干,于550℃下煅烧2小时,取出冷却后,与相当于硬质陶土重量4%的抗氧剂T501、1.5%的三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、2%的正硅酸乙酯、1.5%的硬脂酸混匀后,烘干粉碎成粉末即得。
内护套层材料制备方法为:
(1)取阿拉伯树胶粉、N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍、改性硬质陶土、高密度聚乙烯HDPE按重量份混匀,于捏合机中128℃下捏合9分钟后,取出冷却;
(2)将步骤(1)所得冷却后的物料与剩余各原料混匀,于双螺杆挤出机中混炼、造粒,控制温度在170℃,得到成品。
将本实施例内护套层材料进行性能测试,抗张强度17.1MPa,断裂伸长率377%,阻燃级别V2。

1.一种骨架连接的扁形电力电缆,包括有多根导线,其特征在于:所述的多根导线水平并列排布,所述多根导线外分别依次包覆有聚乙烯绝缘层、低烟无卤阻燃带外绕包层,所述多根导线的低烟无卤阻燃带外绕包层外共同包覆有扁形结构的内护套层,所述扁形结构的内护套层内设有橡胶骨架,所述的橡胶骨架将相邻的导线连接在一起;扁形结构的低烟无卤阻燃带外绕包层内填充有耐高温纤维丝,扁形结构的低烟无卤阻燃带外绕包层外包覆有扁形结构的铜带屏蔽层和氟塑料外护套层;在所述的氟塑料外护套层内设有一层由钢丝绞合成束构成的铠装层,所述的铜带屏蔽层与铠装层之间设有一层耐火云母层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的骨架连接的扁形电力电缆,其特征在于内护套层是由下述重量份的原料制得:滑石粉10-20、N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺2-4、巴西棕榈蜡1-2、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍 2-3、石英玻璃纤维1-2、烷基间苯二酚甲醛树脂10-20、高密度聚乙烯HDPE 30-40、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚1-2、氯化聚乙烯70-80、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1-2、三元乙丙橡胶30-50、氢氧化镁10-30,环烷酸锌2-4,改性硬质陶土30-44、ACR助剂1-2、阿拉伯树胶粉3-6、丙烯酸丁酯1-2、己二酸二辛酯0.2-0.5; 改性硬质陶土的制备方法是将硬质陶土用浓度为22-28%的双氧水中边搅拌边泡1-2小时后,再过滤,用去离子水洗净,烘干,于500-550℃下煅烧1-2小时,取出冷却后,与相当于硬质陶土重量2-4%的抗氧剂T501、1-2%的三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、1-2%的正硅酸乙酯、1.3-1.5%的硬脂酸混匀后,烘干粉碎成粉末即得。
