技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种防腐蚀电线电缆绝缘层配料。
背景技术
目前,随着各个领域的快速发展,人们对电缆的需求量也在逐渐增大,电缆可以方便设备传输电流以及通信信号,达到人们的使用目的,而人们在加工电缆的过程中,往往需要在电缆内部设置一层绝缘层,防止电缆出现漏电的情况,但是现有的绝缘层因材料选择不合理,在使用过程中往往会出现被强酸强碱等化学物质腐蚀的情况,造成电缆内部结构被破坏,给人们的使用带来很多不便。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种防腐蚀电线电缆绝缘层配料。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种防腐蚀电线电缆绝缘层配料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:丁苯橡胶10~40份,醋酸乙烯共聚物5~25份,氟橡胶6~18份,松香5~15份,松焦油6~24份,碳酸钙4~16份,导电炭黑3~13份,石蜡7~21份,增塑剂3~9份,粘合剂4~12份,稳定剂2~10份,阻燃剂6~16份。
上述的一种防腐蚀电线电缆绝缘层配料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:丁苯橡胶10~35份,醋酸乙烯共聚物5~20份,氟橡胶6~16份,松香5~12份,松焦油6~20份,碳酸钙4~12份,导电炭黑3~11份,石蜡7~18份,增塑剂3~8份,粘合剂4~10份,稳定剂2~8份,阻燃剂6~14份。
上述的一种防腐蚀电线电缆绝缘层配料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:丁苯橡胶25份,醋酸乙烯共聚物15份,氟橡胶12份,松香10份,松焦油15份,碳酸钙10份,导电炭黑8份,石蜡14份,增塑剂6份,粘合剂8份,稳定剂6份,阻燃剂11份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有耐腐蚀效果好和加工简单等优点,可以有效的避免强腐蚀溶液对电缆内部结构的破坏,延长了电缆的使用寿命。

一种防腐蚀电线电缆绝缘层配料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:丁苯橡胶10~40份,醋酸乙烯共聚物5~25份,氟橡胶6~18份,松香5~15份,松焦油6~24份,碳酸钙4~16份,导电炭黑3~13份,石蜡7~21份,增塑剂3~9份,粘合剂4~12份,稳定剂2~10份,阻燃剂6~16份。

本发明具有耐腐蚀效果好和加工简单等优点,可以有效的避免强腐蚀溶液对电缆内部结构的破坏,延长了电缆的使用寿命。
