技术领域
本发明涉及电缆生产领域,特别是涉及一种阻燃电缆材料。
背景技术
聚乙烯以其质轻、价廉、优异的电绝缘性及耐化学性等诸多优点而广泛应用于各个行业,但其阻燃性差,在制作电线电缆时容易引起火灾,阻燃电缆料是一种具有阻燃性能的电缆材料,通过成束电缆燃烧试验检验其阻燃性能。目前常用的阻燃电缆料是塑料阻燃电缆料,如聚乙烯护套电缆料、聚氟乙烯护套电缆料、聚氯乙烯护套电缆料等等,这些阻燃电缆料具有以下特点 :自身具有阻燃性 ;阻燃同时可以保证良好的力学性能、加工性能等 ;有较低的发烟量和毒性,因此,设计出一种具有阻燃性能的电缆材料成为了亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
为克服现有技术上的不足,本发明目的是提供一种阻燃电缆材料。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种阻燃电缆材料,由下列质量份数的原料组成:低密度聚乙烯100份,EVA 树脂 30 -50 份,对苯二甲酸二辛酯 8-12 份,偶联剂0.2-0.5份,抗氧剂1 - 4 份,阻燃剂30-50份,硅烷偶联剂改性的氢氧化镁阻燃剂 30 - 60 份,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐0 -10 份。
优选的,由下列质量份数的原料组成:低密度聚乙烯100份,EVA 树脂 35 份,对苯二甲酸二辛酯 10 份,偶联剂0.2份,抗氧剂2 份,阻燃剂35份,硅烷偶联剂改性的氢氧化镁阻燃剂 40 份,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐2 份。
优选的,所述偶联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵。
本发明的有益效果:本发明针对存在的问题, 设计了一种电缆材料,具有良好的阻燃性能。

实施例1:一种阻燃电缆材料,由下列质量份数的原料组成:低密度聚乙烯100份,EVA 树脂 35 份,对苯二甲酸二辛酯 10 份,偶联剂0.2份,抗氧剂2 份,阻燃剂35份,硅烷偶联剂改性的氢氧化镁阻燃剂 40 份,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐2 份。
其中,所述偶联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵。
本发明提供一种阻燃电缆材料,具有良好的阻燃性能。

1.一种阻燃电缆材料,其特征在于:由下列质量份数的原料组成:低密度聚乙烯100份,EVA 树脂 30 -50 份,对苯二甲酸二辛酯 8-12 份,偶联剂0.2-0.5份,抗氧剂1 - 4 份,阻燃剂30-50份,硅烷偶联剂改性的氢氧化镁阻燃剂 30 - 60 份,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐0 -10 份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃电缆材料,其特征在于,由下列质量份数的原料组成:低密度聚乙烯100份,EVA 树脂 35 份,对苯二甲酸二辛酯 10 份,偶联剂0.2份,抗氧剂2 份,阻燃剂35份,硅烷偶联剂改性的氢氧化镁阻燃剂 40 份,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐2 份。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃电缆材料,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵。
