Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型低烟无卤阻燃电缆用料,所述该用料由下列重量份的原料制成,EVA树脂30~50份,硅烷偶联剂改性的氢氧化镁阻燃剂30~60份、纳米碳化硅5~6份、纳米氮化铝粉0.2~0.4份、交联剂1~2份,硬脂酸钙1~2份、硬脂酸0.5~1.0份、紫外线吸收剂UV~5310.2~0.4份、抑烟剂8~15份、相容剂20~40份、抗氧剂1~4份、加工助剂7~10份、抗氧剂3~6份、防白蚁剂1~3份。本发明具有优异阻燃性和不延燃性;燃烧时发烟量非常少,不产生有毒气体,不产生腐蚀性气体,而且同时具有良好的耐低温性、抗紫外线性。

一种新型低烟无卤阻燃电缆用料
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆生产材料技术领域,具体属于一种新型低烟无卤阻燃电缆用料。
背景技术
随着全球经济的迅猛发展,及人类环保意识的增强,各领域对电线电缆的质量和性能的要求越来越高,因电线、电缆的老化而引发的火灾也越来越多,如何降低火灾的发生率及发生火灾的时的死亡率,低烟、无卤、阻燃、环保也成为电线电缆行业的发展方向。其中无卤低烟阻燃电缆料的需求量越来越大,目前无卤低烟阻燃电缆料的生产大多是在聚烯烃基材中加入大量的氢氧化镁或氢氧化铝来达到阻燃效果,然而,大量无机材料的加入,影响了电缆料的物理机械性能和加工工艺性能,其在常温下柔软性能、耐气候性差、耐油性、耐低温性能都不是很好。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供了一种新型低烟无卤阻燃电缆用料,释放出的烟雾少、也不会发出有毒烟雾,低烟、低毒、阻燃、环保的新型低烟无卤阻燃电缆料。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种新型低烟无卤阻燃电缆用料,所述该用料由下列重量份的原料制成,EVA树脂30~50份,硅烷偶联剂改性的氢氧化镁阻燃剂30~60份、纳米碳化硅5~6份、纳米氮化铝粉0.2~0.4份、交联剂1~2份,硬脂酸钙1~2份、硬脂酸0.5~1.0份、紫外线吸收剂UV~531 0.2~0.4份、抑烟剂8~15份、相容剂20~40份、抗氧剂1~4份、加工助剂7~10份、抗氧剂3~6份、防白蚁剂1~3份。
所述该用料由下列重量份的原料制成,EVA树脂40份,硅烷偶联剂改性的氢氧化镁阻燃剂50份、纳米碳化硅5份、纳米氮化铝粉0.3份、交联剂1份,硬脂酸钙1份、硬脂酸0.5份、紫外线吸收剂UV~531 0.3份、抑烟剂12份、相容剂30份、抗氧剂3份、加工助剂8份、抗氧剂4份、防白蚁剂2份。
所述防白蚁剂,由下述组分按重量份组成:阿维菌素60~80份、细辛脂素6~12份和二氢辣椒素6~12份。
所述加工助剂为石蜡、硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌等其中的任意一种或两种。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明无卤阻燃电缆料,可以采用本领域通用方法制备而成,例如采用下述制备工艺:将各原材料在混合机上混合,在螺杆挤出机上塑化造粒,即可制得本发明的无卤阻燃电缆料;具有良好的耐候性,具备良好的柔软度,在燃烧时不会产生有毒黑烟,具有良好的耐高压特性,其耐高压高达15KV以上。综上所述,该电缆料在燃烧时释放出的烟雾少、也不会发出有毒烟雾,有效达到了低烟、低毒、阻燃、环保的目的。
具体实施方式
实施例1,一种新型低烟无卤阻燃电缆用料,所述该用料由下列重量份的原料制成,EVA树脂40份,硅烷偶联剂改性的氢氧化镁阻燃剂50份、纳米碳化硅5份、纳米氮化铝粉0.3份、交联剂1份,硬脂酸钙1份、硬脂酸0.5份、紫外线吸收剂UV~531 0.3份、抑烟剂12份、相容剂30份、抗氧剂3份、加工助剂8份、抗氧剂4份、防白蚁剂2份,所述防白蚁剂,由下述组分按重量份组成:阿维菌素60~80份、细辛脂素6~12份和二氢辣椒素6~12份;所述加工助剂为石蜡和硬脂酸。将各原材料在混合机上混合,在螺杆挤出机上塑化造粒,即可制得本发明的无卤阻燃电缆料;具有良好的耐候性,具备良好的柔软度,在燃烧时不会产生有毒黑烟,具有良好的耐高压特性,其耐高压高达15KV以上。
本实施例制得的电缆料的性能测试结果如下表:

1.一种新型低烟无卤阻燃电缆用料,其特征在于:所述该用料由下列重量份的原料制成,EVA树脂30~50份,硅烷偶联剂改性的氢氧化镁阻燃剂30~60份、纳米碳化硅5~6份、纳米氮化铝粉0.2~0.4份、交联剂1~2份,硬脂酸钙1~2份、硬脂酸0.5~1.0份、紫外线吸收剂UV~531 0.2~0.4份、抑烟剂8~15份、相容剂20~40份、抗氧剂1~4份、加工助剂7~10份、抗氧剂3~6份、防白蚁剂1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型低烟无卤阻燃电缆用料,其特征在于:所述该用料由下列重量份的原料制成,EVA树脂40份,硅烷偶联剂改性的氢氧化镁阻燃剂50份、纳米碳化硅5份、纳米氮化铝粉0.3份、交联剂1份,硬脂酸钙1份、硬脂酸0.5份、紫外线吸收剂UV~531 0.3份、抑烟剂12份、相容剂30份、抗氧剂3份、加工助剂8份、抗氧剂4份、防白蚁剂2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型低烟无卤阻燃电缆用料,其特征在于:所述防白蚁剂,由下述组分按重量份组成:阿维菌素60~80份、细辛脂素6~12份和二氢辣椒素6~12份。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型低烟无卤阻燃电缆用料,其特征在于:所述加工助剂为石蜡、硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌等其中的任意一种或两种。
