Abstract
本发明提供一种电缆用阻燃材料,包括如下质量份的组分:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物65-75份,低密度聚乙烯30-40份,阻燃剂氢氧化镁10-20份,填充剂20-30份,抗氧剂1-1.5份,硅烷偶联剂1-2份,润滑剂硅酮粉1-1.5份,过氧化二异丙苯1-3份,抗氧剂为防老剂DTPD3100。具有机械性高、阻燃性高,燃烧时低烟无毒的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阻燃电线电缆材料。
背景技术
随着经济的迅速发展,电线电缆在各个行业领域中都得到广泛的应用。随着电气火灾事故的频繁发生,电线电缆的阻燃问题逐渐引起世界各国的重视。电缆燃烧时释放出大量有毒烟雾和腐蚀性气体,妨碍了人们的安全撤离和灭火工作,使生命财产遭到严重损失。目前使用的聚乙烯阻燃性差,在制作电线电缆时容易引起火灾。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有的技术缺陷,提供一种电缆用阻燃材料,具有机械性高、阻燃性高,燃烧时低烟无毒的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种电缆用阻燃材料,包括如下质量份的组分:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 65-75份
低密度聚乙烯 30-40份
阻燃剂 10-20份
填充剂 20-30份
抗氧剂 1-1.5份
硅烷偶联剂 1-2份
润滑剂 1-1.5份
过氧化二异丙苯 1-3份。
进一步,所述的阻燃剂为氢氧化镁。
进一步,所述的抗氧剂为防老剂DTPD3100。
进一步,所述的润滑剂为硅酮粉。
本发明的有益效果是添加氢氧化镁作为阻燃剂,达到阻燃效果;还添加了润滑剂、抗氧剂、过氧化二异丙苯等组分,提高了阻燃材料的各项性能、使用寿命。

一种电缆用阻燃材料,包括如下质量份的组分:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 65份
低密度聚乙烯 30份
阻燃剂 10份
填充剂 20份
抗氧剂 1份
硅烷偶联剂 1份
润滑剂 1份
过氧化二异丙苯 1份。
进一步,所述的阻燃剂为氢氧化镁。
进一步,所述的抗氧剂为防老剂DTPD3100。
进一步,所述的润滑剂为硅酮粉。
实施例2
一种电缆用阻燃材料,包括如下质量份的组分:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 70份
低密度聚乙烯 35份
阻燃剂 15份
填充剂 25份
抗氧剂 1.3份
硅烷偶联剂 1.5份
润滑剂 1.3份
过氧化二异丙苯 2份。
进一步,所述的阻燃剂为氢氧化镁。
进一步,所述的抗氧剂为防老剂DTPD3100。
进一步,所述的润滑剂为硅酮粉。

一种电缆用阻燃材料,包括如下质量份的组分:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 75份
低密度聚乙烯 40份
阻燃剂 20份
填充剂 30份
抗氧剂 1.5份
硅烷偶联剂 2份
润滑剂 1.5份
过氧化二异丙苯 3份。
进一步,所述的阻燃剂为氢氧化镁。
进一步,所述的抗氧剂为防老剂DTPD3100。
进一步,所述的润滑剂为硅酮粉。

乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 65-75份
低密度聚乙烯 30-40份
阻燃剂 10-20份
填充剂 20-30份
抗氧剂 1-1.5份
硅烷偶联剂 1-2份
润滑剂 1-1.5份
过氧化二异丙苯 1-3份。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆用阻燃材料,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为防老剂DTPD3100。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆用阻燃材料,其特征在于:所述的润滑剂为硅酮粉。
