本发明公开了一种低烟耐老化特种电缆料配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:TPE树脂20‑40份、SEBS树脂5‑10份、高密度聚乙烯10‑15份、环氧丙烯酸酯8‑11份、阻燃剂5‑12份、氧化锌2‑4份、色粉1‑3份、抗氧化剂1‑3份和硅油1‑2份。本发明一种低烟耐老化特种电缆料配方原料合理,具有很强的阻燃性能,且燃烧时低烟无毒。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是一种低烟耐老化特种电缆料配方。
背景技术
电线电缆具有电力输送和信息输送的作用,在人们生活和生产中发挥着重要的作用。设计和制备低烟、低毒,同时又具备优异阻燃性能和绝缘性能的电缆料,成为当今阻燃研究的热点。传统的氢氧化镁与氢氧化铝类阻燃剂,虽然能赋予材料良好的阻燃性能,但是,由于大多数电缆料的基体树脂为非极性的聚烯烃类高分子,与极性的氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝的相容性较差,往往会降低材料的力学性能和加工性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低烟耐老化特种电缆料配方,解决上述技术缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种低烟耐老化特种电缆料配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:TPE树脂20-40份、SEBS树脂5-10份、高密度聚乙烯10-15份、环氧丙烯酸酯8-11份、阻燃剂5-12份、氧化锌2-4份、色粉1-3份、抗氧化剂1-3份和硅油1-2份。
上述一种低烟耐老化特种电缆料配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:TPE树脂20-38份、SEBS树脂5-9份、高密度聚乙烯10-14份、环氧丙烯酸酯8-10份、阻燃剂5-11份、氧化锌2-3份、色粉1-2份、抗氧化剂1-2份和硅油1-1.8份。
上述一种低烟耐老化特种电缆料配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:TPE树脂30份、SEBS树脂8份、高密度聚乙烯13份、环氧丙烯酸酯9.5份、阻燃剂8份、氧化锌3份、色粉2份、抗氧化剂2份和硅油1.5份。

一种低烟耐老化特种电缆料配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:TPE树脂30份、SEBS树脂8份、高密度聚乙烯13份、环氧丙烯酸酯9.5份、阻燃剂8份、氧化锌3份、色粉2份、抗氧化剂2份和硅油1.5份。
本发明一种低烟耐老化特种电缆料配方原料合理,具有很强的阻燃性能,且燃烧时低烟无毒。

1.一种低烟耐老化特种电缆料配方,其特征在于,按照重量份由以下原料组成:TPE树脂20-40份、SEBS树脂5-10份、高密度聚乙烯10-15份、环氧丙烯酸酯8-11份、阻燃剂5-12份、氧化锌2-4份、色粉1-3份、抗氧化剂1-3份和硅油1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种低烟耐老化特种电缆料配方,其特征在于,按照重量份由以下原料组成:TPE树脂20-38份、SEBS树脂5-9份、高密度聚乙烯10-14份、环氧丙烯酸酯8-10份、阻燃剂5-11份、氧化锌2-3份、色粉1-2份、抗氧化剂1-2份和硅油1-1.8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种低烟耐老化特种电缆料配方,其特征在于,按照重量份由以下原料组成:TPE树脂30份、SEBS树脂8份、高密度聚乙烯13份、环氧丙烯酸酯9.5份、阻燃剂8份、氧化锌3份、色粉2份、抗氧化剂2份和硅油1.5份。
