本发明公开了一种PVC电缆阻燃层电缆料,按照重量份由以下原料组成:TPE树脂20‑40份、玻璃纤维20‑30份、硬脂酸10‑15份、改性填料10‑17份、白炭黑8‑12份、甲基三甲氧基硅烷3‑9份、高密度聚乙烯10‑15份、无机阻燃剂5‑11份、环氧丙烯酸酯8‑11份、聚乙烯醇11‑12份、氧化锌2‑4份、轻质碳酸20‑36份、润滑剂6‑8份、绝缘助剂3‑7份、填料10‑25份。本发明一种PVC电缆阻燃层电缆料具有耐高温,防腐蚀,良好的加工性能和低烟阻燃性能等优点。

本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是一种PVC电缆阻燃层电缆料。
背景技术
目前,随着科学技术的发展,电缆的用量越来越多,因此人们对电缆的要求也越来越高,传统的电缆材料因其搭配不合适,在电缆出现火灾等情况时,电缆会释放大量对环境有害的气体,不仅污染了大气环境,而且会给人们的生命财产带来严重的威胁。

一种PVC电缆阻燃层电缆料,按照重量份由以下原料组成:TPE树脂20-40份、玻璃纤维20-30份、硬脂酸10-15份、改性填料10-17份、白炭黑8-12份、甲基三甲氧基硅烷3-9份、高密度聚乙烯10-15份、无机阻燃剂5-11份、环氧丙烯酸酯8-11份、聚乙烯醇 11-12份、氧化锌2-4份、轻质碳酸20-36份、润滑剂6-8份、绝缘助剂3-7份、填料10-25份。
上述一种PVC电缆阻燃层电缆料,按照重量份由以下原料组成:TPE树脂20-38份、玻璃纤维20-28份、硬脂酸10-13份、改性填料10-16份、白炭黑8-11份、甲基三甲氧基硅烷3-8份、高密度聚乙烯10-13份、无机阻燃剂5-10份、环氧丙烯酸酯8-10份、聚乙烯醇 11-12份、氧化锌2-3份、轻质碳酸20-35份、润滑剂6-7份、绝缘助剂3-5份、填料10-20份。
上述一种PVC电缆阻燃层电缆料,按照重量份由以下原料组成:TPE树脂30份、玻璃纤维25份、硬脂酸13份、改性填料14份、白炭黑10份、甲基三甲氧基硅烷6份、高密度聚乙烯13份、无机阻燃剂8份、环氧丙烯酸酯10份、聚乙烯醇 11份、氧化锌3份、轻质碳酸28份、润滑剂7份、绝缘助剂5份、填料17份。
