本发明公开了一种低烟无卤环保型机车轨道电缆用绝缘材料,属于电缆生产领域。由以下重量份的原料制成:EVA40L‑03 90‑110份、EVA421 30‑50份、氢氧化铝40‑50份、氢氧化镁80‑100份、白炭黑10‑30份、RD 1‑2份、N550 3‑5份、TAIC 1‑2份、BIBP 2.5‑4.5份、DOS 7‑9份、MB 1‑3份、L‑18 5‑7份;硬脂酸锌1‑3份、HPP 3‑5份、硼酸锌20‑30份。采用无机阻燃剂硼酸锌与氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁相配合,可以使绝缘材料在燃烧过程中在外表面结层硬壳不发散,隔绝内部与外部氧气的接触,大大提高阻燃效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆用绝缘材料,具体讲是一种低烟无卤环保型机车轨道电缆用绝缘材料,属于电缆生产领域。
背景技术
目前机车轨道电缆均采用EVA弹性体作为绝缘材料主胶,但EVA弹性体属于非阻燃类材料,为保证绝缘材料的阻燃性能,在绝缘材料中需要加入一定的阻燃剂,但国内现有电缆绝缘材料阻燃效果均不是很高,其阻燃的考察指标-氧指数通常在25-35之间,无法满足机车轨道电缆的安全使用需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种阻燃效果好的低烟无卤环保型机车轨道电缆用绝缘材料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的低烟无卤环保型机车轨道电缆用绝缘材料,由以下重量份的原料制成:EVA40L-03 90-110份、EVA421 30-50份、氢氧化铝40-50份、氢氧化镁80-100份、白炭黑10-30份、RD 1-2份、N550 3-5份、TAIC 1-2份、BIBP 2.5-4.5份、DOS 7-9份、MB 1-3份、L-18 5-7份;硬脂酸锌 1-3份、HPP 3-5份、硼酸锌20-30份。
作为优选,本发明低烟无卤环保型机车轨道电缆用绝缘材料,由以下重量份的原料制成:EVA40L-03 100份、EVA421 40份、氢氧化铝43份、氢氧化镁86份、白炭黑20份、RD1.5份、N550 4份、TAIC 1.5份、BIBP 3.5份、DOS 8份、MB 2份、L-18 6份;硬脂酸锌 1.5份、HPP 4份、硼酸锌 25份。
作为优选,所述氢氧化铝与氢氧化镁的比例为1:2。
本发明的有益效果在于:(1)、采用无机阻燃剂硼酸锌与氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁相配合,可以使绝缘材料在燃烧过程中在外表面结层硬壳不发散,隔绝内部与外部氧气的接触,大大提高阻燃效果;无机阻燃剂硼酸锌在燃烧过程中生成结晶水,起到吸热冷却和稀释氧气的作用降低燃烧温度,配合氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁使燃烧时绝缘材料温度快速降低,进行一步提高阻燃性能,并且具有抑烟、消烟的作用;(2)、本发明耐候性好,其耐寒可达-40℃、耐高可达150℃,氧指数达45以上等优势,可适用于机车轨道上的各种电缆。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本发明中的EVA材料为杜邦公司制造生产,其它材料均由上海倍欲实业有限公司提供。
实施例1
本实施例中低烟无卤环保型机车轨道电缆用绝缘材料,由以下重量份的原料制成:EVA40L-03 100份、EVA421 40份、氢氧化铝43份、氢氧化镁86份、白炭黑20份、RD 1.5份、N550 4份、TAIC 1.5份、BIBP 3.5份、DOS 8份、MB(分散剂) 2份、L-18 6份;硬脂酸锌 1.5份、HPP 4份、硼酸锌 25份。
本实施例所得绝缘材料的具体性能指标如下:
抗拉强度11.07MPa;
断裂伸长率228%;
热老化(158℃168h)强度保留率1.20;
断裂伸长率保留率0.81;
绝缘电阻率1.58×1015Ω.cm3;
低温断裂伸长率(-40℃)35%;
氧指数49。
实施例2
本实施例中低烟无卤环保型机车轨道电缆用绝缘材料,由以下重量份的原料制成:EVA40L-03 90份、EVA421 50份、氢氧化铝40份、氢氧化镁100份、白炭黑30份、RD 2份、N550 3份、TAIC 2份、BIBP 2.5份、DOS 7份、MB 1份、L-18 7份;硬脂酸锌 1份、HPP 5份、硼酸锌 30份。
本实施例所得绝缘材料的具体性能指标如下:
抗拉强度11.05MPa;
断裂伸长率224%;
热老化(158℃168h)强度保留率1.17;
断裂伸长率保留率0.82;
绝缘电阻率1.59×1015Ω.cm3;
低温断裂伸长率(-40℃)36%;
氧指数51。
实施例3
本实施例中低烟无卤环保型机车轨道电缆用绝缘材料,由以下重量份的原料制成:EVA40L-03 110份、EVA421 30份、氢氧化铝50份、氢氧化镁80份、白炭黑10份、RD 1份、N550 5份、TAIC 1份、BIBP 4.5份、DOS 9份、MB 3份、L-18 5份;硬脂酸锌 3份、HPP 3份、硼酸锌 20份。
本实施例所得绝缘材料的具体性能指标如下:
抗拉强度11.02MPa;
断裂伸长率225%;
热老化(158℃168h)强度保留率1.19;
断裂伸长率保留率0.82;
绝缘电阻率1.56×1015Ω.cm3;
低温断裂伸长率(-40℃)34%;
氧指数48。

2.根据权利要求1所述的低烟无卤环保型机车轨道电缆用绝缘材料,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:EVA40L-03 100份、EVA421 40份、氢氧化铝43份、氢氧化镁86份、白炭黑20份、RD 1.5份、N550 4份、TAIC 1.5份、BIBP 3.5份、DOS 8份、MB 2份、L-18 6份;硬脂酸锌 1.5份、HPP 4份、硼酸锌 25份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的低烟无卤环保型机车轨道电缆用绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述氢氧化铝与氢氧化镁的比例为1:2。
