本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种耐火橡胶组合物。
背景技术
通常橡胶本身并不具备耐火的特性,而目前火灾事故中,发生的电线电缆不耐火,遇火易燃烧问题,严重降低了火灾时人们逃生的几率,因此,本领域缺乏一种耐火橡胶组合物,要求能在大火中起到一定的保护作用,能够减少火灾中电给人们带来的损失,减少电的危害。耐火橡胶是以氯丁二烯为主要原料,通过均聚或少量其它单体共聚而成的。如抗张强度高橡胶制品,耐热、耐光、耐老化性能优良,耐油性能均优于天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶。具有较强的耐燃性和优异的抗延燃性,其化学稳定性较高,耐水性良好。氯丁橡胶的缺点是电绝缘性能,耐寒性能较差,生胶在贮存时不稳定。氯丁橡胶用途广泛,如用来制作运输皮带和传动带,电线、电缆的包皮材料,制造耐油胶管、垫圈以及耐化学腐蚀的设备衬里。综上所述,本领域迫切需要研究出耐火橡胶组合物,要求能在大火中起到一定的保护作用,能够减少火灾中电给人们带来的损失,减少电的危害,同时橡胶的物理性能不产生损害。

本发明目的在于解决上述问题,提供了一种耐火橡胶组合物。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种耐火橡胶组合物,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:三元乙丙橡胶50~65份、氟橡胶20~30份、聚丁二烯10~16份、丙烯腈7~21份、纳米氧化镁3~8份、硅藻土5~12份、碳酸氢铵5~13份、古马隆树脂1~5份、云母粉2~6份、间苯二甲酸二丁酯3~9份、防老剂2~7份和阻燃剂3~10份。
