本发明公开了一种耐火防火电缆配方,按份量份计取,电缆防火涂料的配方为:二氧化钛15-16份、氯化石蜡12-18.2份、醇酸树脂13-28份、聚氨酯树脂12.6-13.8份、纤维素纤维20-28.6份、甲基三甲氧基硅烷3-9份、抗氧剂30-50份、氧化锌2-5份、相容剂12-16份、纳米氮化铝0.9-1.8份、聚乙烯醇11-12份、改性填料20-32份、聚氯乙烯22-30份、氯化聚乙烯8-10份、环保复合增塑剂30-55份、填充补强剂28-32份、低密度聚乙烯10-15份、润滑剂30-40份。本发明的电缆料,通过在配方中的偶联剂和相容剂、阻燃协效剂、改性填料的作用,使得本发明低烟无卤阻燃电缆料具有良好的加工性能和低烟阻燃性能。

一种耐火防火电缆配方
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐火防火电缆配方。
背景技术
防火涂料是用于可燃性基材表面,能降低被涂材料表面的可燃性、阻滞火灾的迅速蔓延。随着有机合成材料的大量应用,对防火涂料的性能也提出更高层次的要求。含卤素等难燃化的有机聚合物往往导致材料的物性变劣,使用寿命缩短、成本提高。电缆防火涂料适用于电厂、工矿、电信和民用建筑的电线电缆的阻燃处理。也可用于木结构、金属结构及地下工程的可燃性基材等物体的防火保护。
鉴于以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,有必要将其进一步改进,使其更具备实用性,才能符合实际使用情况。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种耐火防火电缆配方。
发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种耐火防火电缆配方,按份量份计取,电缆防火涂料的配方为:二氧化钛15-16份、氯化石蜡12-18.2份、醇酸树脂13-28份、聚氨酯树脂12.6-13.8份、纤维素纤维20-28.6份、甲基三甲氧基硅烷3-9份、抗氧剂30-50份、氧化锌2-5份、相容剂12-16份、纳米氮化铝0.9-1.8份、聚乙烯醇11-12份、改性填料20-32份、聚氯乙烯22-30份、氯化聚乙烯8-10份、环保复合增塑剂30-55份、填充补强剂28-32份、低密度聚乙烯10-15份、润滑剂30-40份。
具体地,本发明有以下原料配方:所述按份量计取,二氧化钛16份、氯化石蜡-18.2份、醇酸树脂15.8份、聚氨酯树脂12.9份、纤维素纤维26份、甲基三甲氧基硅烷8份、抗氧剂33份、氧化锌2.9份、相容剂15.2份、纳米氮化铝1.2份、聚乙烯醇12份、改性填料25份、聚氯乙烯23份、氯化聚乙烯9份、环保复合增塑剂40份、填充补强剂30份、低密度聚乙烯12份、润滑剂28份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明发明的电缆料,通过在配方中的偶联剂和相容剂、阻燃协效剂、改性填料的作用,使得本发明低烟无卤阻燃电缆料具有良好的加工性能和低烟阻燃性能。
