本发明提供一种防火涂料,所述防火涂料的组分及配方如下:丙烯酸树脂15份-25份;聚磷酸铵10份-20份;硼酸锌2份-4份;二氧化硅2份-5份;钛白粉3份-5份;氢氧化镁2份~5份;二氧化钛2份~5份;硼砂2份~5份;氮化硅纤维3份~10份;水5份-10份;丙酮2份~5份;膨胀石墨3份~20份;玻璃纤维3份~6份;二季戊四醇2份~5份。本发明耐水性强,与材料结合紧密,粘结强度高,不会遇水脱落;本发明为水性涂料,仅使用少量溶剂,不会释放有毒有害气体,安全无污染。

一种防火涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料领域,具体涉及一种防火涂料。
背景技术
防火涂料是用于可燃性基材表面,能降低被涂材料表面的可燃性、阻滞火灾的迅速蔓延,用以提高被涂材料耐火极限的一种特种涂料。防火涂料本身具有难燃性或不燃性,使被保护基材不直接与空气接触,延迟物体着火和减少燃烧的速度,提高材料的耐火能力,减缓火焰蔓延传播速度,或在一定时间内能阻止燃烧。
溶剂型防火材料会在配制和施工中大量使用有机溶剂,对环境和操作人员均存在很大危害。水性防火涂料相对来说环保绿色,符合环境友好型涂料的发展方向,但水性防火涂料存在粘结强度低、耐水性差的缺点,时间长了以后容易脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种粘结效果好、附着紧密、耐水性好的防火涂料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种防火涂料,所述防火涂料的组分及配方如下:丙烯酸树脂15份-25份;聚磷酸铵10份-20份;硼酸锌2份-4份;二氧化硅2份-5份;钛白粉3份-5份;氢氧化镁2份~5份;二氧化钛2份~5份;硼砂2份~5份;氮化硅纤维3份~10份;水5份-10份;丙酮2份~5份;膨胀石墨3份~20份;玻璃纤维3份~6份;二季戊四醇2份~5份。

本发明在制备时,按照配方组分比例将聚磷酸铵、硼酸锌、二氧化硅、钛白粉、氢氧化镁、二氧化钛、硼砂和水在搅拌釜中混合均匀,高速研磨,研至细度为100目左右时即可。然后将膨胀石墨、玻璃纤维、二季戊四醇、氮化硅纤维一起加入,再搅拌均匀,高速搅拌分散后即得本发明。
本发明耐水性强,与材料结合紧密,粘结强度高,不会遇水脱落;本发明为水性涂料,仅使用少量溶剂,不会释放有毒有害气体,安全无污染。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所限定的范围。

按以下比例称取原料:丙烯酸树脂15份;聚磷酸铵20份;硼酸锌2份;二氧化硅2份;钛白粉5份;氢氧化镁5份;二氧化钛2份;硼砂5份;氮化硅纤维10份;水5份;丙酮5份;膨胀石墨15份;玻璃纤维4份;二季戊四醇5份。
将原料按比例称量好,按照配方组分比例将聚磷酸铵、硼酸锌、二氧化硅、钛白粉、氢氧化镁、二氧化钛、硼砂和水在搅拌釜中混合均匀,高速研磨,研至细度为100目左右时即可。然后将膨胀石墨、玻璃纤维、二季戊四醇、氮化硅纤维一起加入,再搅拌均匀,高速搅拌分散后即得本发明。
