本发明涉及一种石墨膨胀型防火涂料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:可膨胀石墨10~20%,碳纤维10~15%,碳化硅纤维12~15%,聚磷酸铵8~12%,三聚氰胺纤维8~13%,季戊四醇7~12%,纳米TiO25~8%,水性压克力树脂10~15%,分散剂2~5%,消泡剂2~5%,颜料2~8%。得到的涂料耐火能力优异。

技术领域
本发明属于化工涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种石墨膨胀型防火涂料。
背景技术
石墨膨胀型防火涂料的基料是可膨胀石墨,可膨胀石墨在受到150℃以上高温时,其层间的H2SO4与石墨发生氧化还原反应释放出气体,而使石墨膨胀,体积可增大100倍左右。膨胀后的石墨由"鳞片"状变成密度很低的"蠕虫"状,能够形成非常良好的绝热层,有效隔热。可膨胀石墨中的炭为膨胀后的主要成分,能够耐700℃的高温,而且反应产生的烟气少,在阻燃材料和环保材料中具有广阔应用前景。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种石墨膨胀型防火涂料,耐火能力优异。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种石墨膨胀型防火涂料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:可膨胀石墨10~20%,碳纤维10~15%,碳化硅纤维12~15%,聚磷酸铵8~12%,三聚氰胺纤维8~13%,季戊四醇7~12%,纳米TiO25~8%,水性压克力树脂10~15%,分散剂2~5%,消泡剂2~5%,颜料2~8%。
优选的,所述的石墨膨胀型防火涂料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:可膨胀石墨15%,碳纤维12%,碳化硅纤维13%,聚磷酸铵10%,三聚氰胺纤维12%,季戊四醇9%,纳米TiO26%,水性压克力树脂12%,分散剂3%,消泡剂3%,颜料5%。
本发明的技术效果在于:碳纤维、碳化硅纤维为含碳本质阻燃纤维,进一步提高涂料的耐火极限;纳米TiO2能够降解空气中的有害有机物,具有光催化性能和超亲水性、超亲油性,不仅能杀死环境中的细菌、能降解由细菌释放出的有毒复合物,而且还具有自清洁效应,提高涂料的防污、防雾性能;由于水性压克力树脂渗透力、覆盖性强,加入的水性压克力树脂提高耐水解性。按照上述配比的得到的涂料,膨胀高度适中,膨胀后的石墨变成"蠕虫“状穿插于发泡层中, 起到增强纤维的作用, 使发泡层气孔更细小均匀, 结构更致密,从而防止其开裂和脱落,其干燥涂层厚度为3mm,可耐730℃的高温,耐火极限达到150min,耐火能力优异。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:一种石墨膨胀型防火涂料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:可膨胀石墨15%,碳纤维12%,碳化硅纤维13%,聚磷酸铵10%,三聚氰胺纤维12%,季戊四醇9%,纳米TiO26%,水性压克力树脂12%,分散剂3%,消泡剂3%,颜料5%。
按照上述配比在容器里加入相应比例的碳纤维、碳化硅纤维、聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、三聚氰胺纤维、可膨胀石墨,再加入水性压克力树脂,再加入适量水,用高速搅拌机(转速800 r/min左右) 在常温下搅拌30min,使其分散混合均匀。将浆液在三辊机上研磨多次,使材料颗粒达到1um-30um,再加入纳米TiO2搅拌均匀,然后加入分散剂、消泡剂、颜料。搅拌均匀后,用高速搅拌机(转速500r/m in左右) 常温下搅拌5min,得到涂料。得到的涂料,膨胀高度适中,膨胀后的石墨变成"蠕虫“状穿插于发泡层中, 起到增强纤维的作用, 使发泡层气孔更细小均匀, 结构更致密,从而防止其开裂和脱落,其干燥涂层厚度为3mm,可耐730℃的高温,耐火极限达到160min,耐火能力优异。
实施例2:一种石墨膨胀型防火涂料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:可膨胀石墨18%,碳纤维14%,碳化硅纤维15%,聚磷酸铵8%,三聚氰胺纤维8%,季戊四醇7%,纳米TiO28%,水性压克力树脂10%,分散剂2%,消泡剂2%,颜料8%。

1.一种石墨膨胀型防火涂料,其特征在于,按照重量百分比的原料包括:可膨胀石墨10~20%,碳纤维10~15%,碳化硅纤维12~15%,聚磷酸铵8~12%,三聚氰胺纤维8~13%,季戊四醇7~12%,纳米TiO25~8%,水性压克力树脂10~15%,分散剂2~5%,消泡剂2~5%,颜料2~8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石墨膨胀型防火涂料,其特征在于,按照重量百分比的原料包括:可膨胀石墨15%,碳纤维12%,碳化硅纤维13%,聚磷酸铵10%,三聚氰胺纤维12%,季戊四醇9%,纳米TiO26%,水性压克力树脂12%,分散剂3%,消泡剂3%,颜料5%。
