本发明公开了一种耐高温抗氧化变压器用保护漆,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:酚醛树脂5‑25份、氟碳树脂6‑18份、乙二醇单丁醚6‑18份、醋酸丁酯3‑13份、丙烯酸树脂共聚物4‑18份、流平剂6‑18份、二甲基硅氧烷3‑13份、改性环氧聚氨酯5‑15份、聚丙烯酸铵4‑16份、硅氧烷2‑18份、甲醇4‑16份、氧化锌4‑18份、增稠剂6‑18份。本发明具有耐高温、抗氧化以及成本低等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保护漆,尤其涉及一种耐高温抗氧化变压器用保护漆。
背景技术
目前,随着工业水平的发展,变压器作为工业中常用的设备被人们广泛使用,但是变压器外壳的保存不能够长久,很容易被空气中的氧气所氧化,人们通常采用在变压器外壳表面涂覆一层保护漆的方式达到保护变压器的目的,但是现有人们所使用的保护漆不能够有效的保护变压器,很容易出现被氧化的情况,不利于人们的使用。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温抗氧化变压器用保护漆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种耐高温抗氧化变压器用保护漆,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:酚醛树脂5-25份、氟碳树脂6-18份、乙二醇单丁醚6-18份、醋酸丁酯3-13份、丙烯酸树脂共聚物4-18份、流平剂6-18份、二甲基硅氧烷3-13份、改性环氧聚氨酯5-15份、聚丙烯酸铵4-16份、硅氧烷2-18份、甲醇4-16份、氧化锌4-18份、增稠剂6-18份。
上述的一种耐高温抗氧化变压器用保护漆,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:酚醛树脂5-23份、氟碳树脂6-16份、乙二醇单丁醚6-16份、醋酸丁酯3-11份、丙烯酸树脂共聚物4-16份、流平剂6-16份、二甲基硅氧烷3-11份、改性环氧聚氨酯5-13份、聚丙烯酸铵4-14份、硅氧烷2-16份、甲醇4-14份、氧化锌4-16份、增稠剂6-16份。
上述的一种耐高温抗氧化变压器用保护漆,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:酚醛树脂15份、氟碳树脂12份、乙二醇单丁醚12份、醋酸丁酯8份、丙烯酸树脂共聚物11份、流平剂12份、二甲基硅氧烷8份、改性环氧聚氨酯10份、聚丙烯酸铵10份、硅氧烷10份、甲醇10份、氧化锌11份、增稠剂12份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有耐高温、抗氧化以及成本低等优点,使用本材料所制得的保护漆能够有效的保护变压器,防止变压器出现被氧化的情况,延长了变压器的使用寿命。

一种耐高温抗氧化变压器用保护漆,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:酚醛树脂5份、氟碳树脂6份、乙二醇单丁醚6份、醋酸丁酯3份、丙烯酸树脂共聚物4份、流平剂6份、二甲基硅氧烷3份、改性环氧聚氨酯5份、聚丙烯酸铵4份、硅氧烷2份、甲醇4份、氧化锌4份、增稠剂6份。
实施例2
一种耐高温抗氧化变压器用保护漆,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:酚醛树脂15份、氟碳树脂12份、乙二醇单丁醚12份、醋酸丁酯8份、丙烯酸树脂共聚物11份、流平剂12份、二甲基硅氧烷8份、改性环氧聚氨酯10份、聚丙烯酸铵10份、硅氧烷10份、甲醇10份、氧化锌11份、增稠剂12份。
实施例3
一种耐高温抗氧化变压器用保护漆,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:酚醛树脂25份、氟碳树脂18份、乙二醇单丁醚18份、醋酸丁酯13份、丙烯酸树脂共聚物18份、流平剂18份、二甲基硅氧烷13份、改性环氧聚氨酯15份、聚丙烯酸铵16份、硅氧烷18份、甲醇16份、氧化锌18份、增稠剂18份。
本发明具有耐高温、抗氧化以及成本低等优点,使用本材料所制得的保护漆能够有效的保护变压器,防止变压器出现被氧化的情况,延长了变压器的使用寿命。
