技术领域
本发明涉及油漆技术领域,特别是涉及一种户外用环保油漆。
背景技术
户外长效防护涂层例如广告牌的油漆,一般要求涂层防护寿命达10a以上,属于长效防护涂层体系,能够在严酷的应用环境下应用并具有长效的使用寿命。目前,市面上的油漆在使用后味道很大,一般都要同分透气半个月左右才能入住,含着油漆味道的空气对人体有害。而且部分漆膜干燥后,在漆膜中仍然残留有溶剂,会直接影响到用户的健康。因此,选用对环境和人体危害最小的醇类溶剂,开发一套醇溶型的环保塑胶漆是很有必要的。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种户外用环保油漆。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种户外用环保油漆,其特征在于:所述防腐环保的喷涂油漆配方的组份配比(质量份数)包括冰醋酸36-45份、有机氟环氧树脂8-10份、环氧改性有机硅树脂液7-12份、乙二醇单甲醚2-6份、磷酸锌15-20份、铬酸钡8-13份、乙醇1-4份、聚丙烯酸酯2-7份、醇溶性树脂1-4份、二丙酮醇7-13份、氧化锌6-9份、甲苯二异氰酸酯15-20份、醋酸丁酯3-7份、二苯甲酮8-10份、三乙醇胺9-13份、二苯基聚硅氧烷3-7份、消泡剂3-5份和滑石粉1-3份。
优选地,所述防腐环保的喷涂油漆配方的组份配比(质量份数)包括冰醋酸36份、有机氟环氧树脂8份、环氧改性有机硅树脂液7份、乙二醇单甲醚2份、磷酸锌15份、铬酸钡8份、乙醇1份、聚丙烯酸酯2份、醇溶性树脂1份、二丙酮醇7份、氧化锌6份、甲苯二异氰酸酯15份、醋酸丁酯3份、二苯甲酮8份、三乙醇胺9份、二苯基聚硅氧烷3份、消泡剂3份和滑石粉1份。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的油漆颜色鲜艳、耐晒效果好,且无重金属的危害,它没有任何有害物质,环保效果好,味道小,刷完后没有异味;加入消泡剂后,性能更加稳定。

一种户外用环保油漆,其特征在于:所述防腐环保的喷涂油漆配方的组份配比(质量份数)包括冰醋酸45份、有机氟环氧树脂10份、环氧改性有机硅树脂液12份、乙二醇单甲醚6份、磷酸锌20份、铬酸钡13份、乙醇4份、聚丙烯酸酯7份、醇溶性树脂4份、二丙酮醇13份、氧化锌9份、甲苯二异氰酸酯20份、醋酸丁酯7份、二苯甲酮10份、三乙醇胺13份、二苯基聚硅氧烷7份、消泡剂5份和滑石粉3份。

一种户外用环保油漆,一种户外用环保油漆,其特征在于:所述防腐环保的喷涂油漆配方的组份配比(质量份数)包括冰醋酸40份、有机氟环氧树脂9份、环氧改性有机硅树脂液10份、乙二醇单甲醚4份、磷酸锌17份、铬酸钡10份、乙醇2份、聚丙烯酸酯5份、醇溶性树脂3份、二丙酮醇10份、氧化锌7份、甲苯二异氰酸酯17份、醋酸丁酯5份、二苯甲酮9份、三乙醇胺11份、二苯基聚硅氧烷5份、消泡剂4份和滑石粉2份。
