本发明公开一种变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,属于变压器技术领域,由以下重量份数的原料制成:羟基丙烯酸树脂25‑35份、酚醛树脂8‑15份、导热填料8‑12份、硫酸钙晶须6‑9份、刚玉粉1‑3份、滑石粉1‑2份、硅烷偶联剂2‑5份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5‑2份、甲基硅酸钠0.1‑0.2份、润滑剂1‑3份、有机溶剂15‑20份。机械性能优异,耐酸碱耐盐雾,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及变压器技术领域,尤其是涉及一种变压器用防腐耐磨涂料。
背景技术
变压器一般是安装在露天环境中,长期受风吹、日晒、雨雪、冰雹等气候条件的影响,会有老化、锈蚀以及受腐蚀情况,特别是边远地带变压器出现腐蚀、锈蚀等情况时,若不能及时维修或更换,可能会导致电力设备故障,从而影响输电安全正常运行。
中国专利(公开号CN107793808A)公开一种变压器用耐高温防腐涂料,包括如下重量配比的组分:酚醛树脂40-60份、甲基丙烯酸甲脂15-25份、聚碳酸酯20-30份、钛白粉20-30份、碳化硅10-30份、石英砂15-30份、氧化铝10-20份、云母粉5-15份、长石15-25份、高岭土5-10份、玻璃纤维10-20份、分散剂5-15份、抗氧剂3-8份、增塑剂5-15份、抗老化剂4-10份和去离子水80-100份。该发明提供一种能有效耐高温防腐,但是并未从散热性能上进行改进。
中国专利(CN 107746653 A)公开一种变压器用耐高温涂料,属于涂料技术领域,包括以下重量份的原料:环氧树脂20-30份、硅酮树脂20-30份、氨基树脂10-20份、硅酸铝纤维5-10份、三氧化二铬5-10份、云母粉1-5份、滑石粉1-5份、硬脂酸铝1-3份、偏硼酸钡1-3份、铝粉1-5份、硅烷偶联剂5-10份、三聚磷酸铝1-5份、丁醇5-10份、光稳定剂1-3份、水10-25份;该发明还公开了一种变压器用耐高温涂料的制备方法;本发明能有效地保证涂料的力学强度、耐候耐腐蚀、附着能力、耐磨、阻燃和耐高温能力,使用寿命长。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,机械性能优异,耐酸碱耐盐雾,使用寿命长。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:羟基丙烯酸树脂25-35份、酚醛树脂8-15份、导热填料8-12份、硫酸钙晶须6-9份、刚玉粉1-3份、滑石粉1-2份、硅烷偶联剂2-5份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5-2份、甲基硅酸钠0.1-0.2份、润滑剂1-3份、有机溶剂15-20份。
进一步的,所述导热填料由钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须按重量比1-3:1:1混合而成。
进一步的,所述导热填料的制备方法包括以下步骤:将钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须混合均匀后,与2-3倍重量质量分数为8-10%硬脂酸的乙醇溶液搅拌均匀,90-100℃煅烧,得导热填料。
进一步的,所述润滑剂为微晶蜡和硬脂酸锌按重量比1:2混合而成。
进一步的,所述有机溶剂为二甲苯和乙酸乙酯按重量比1-2:1混合而成。
一种变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,由以下步骤制备而成:
(1)导热填料、硫酸钙晶须、刚玉粉、滑石粉加入研磨机中研磨至粒径为300-500目,之后与硅烷偶联剂、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、甲基硅酸钠、润滑剂和一半的有机溶剂混合均匀,得混合料;
(2)将酚醛树脂、羟基丙烯酸树脂与剩余的有机溶剂混合均匀,与上述混合料搅拌均匀,得产品。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明公开一种变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,涂料导热率为1.15-1.75W/(m·K),散热效果好,耐磨性为0.019-0.028g,机械性能优异,使用寿命长。
2、本发明中的变压器用防腐耐磨涂料由羟基丙烯酸树脂和酚醛树脂复配而成,其中羟基丙烯酸树脂具有良好的保光保色性、耐水耐化学性能,与酚醛树脂配合使用,能增加涂料的韧性与耐磨性能。
3、涂料中添加的导热填料由钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须混合而成,其中纳米氧化锌粒径为50-80nm,氮化硅晶须直径为0.1-0.5μm,长度为5-20μm,这三种成分填充在树脂的三维结构中,形成导热网链,增加涂料的导热效果,且由于导热填料使用量大,为了增加导热填料与树脂的相容性,增加涂料的机械性能,本申请对导热填料进行改性处理,用硬脂酸对导热填料进行包覆,从而增加其与树脂的界面结合力。
4、本申请中添加有硫酸钙晶须、刚玉粉和滑石粉以增强涂料的耐磨性和韧性,其中硫酸钙晶须直径为1-5μm,长度在30-40μm,分散在树脂中,钙离子能产生应力集中效应,引发周围树脂的屈服效应,从而在受外力冲击时涂料韧性好,耐磨性能优异。
5、本申请的涂料中还添加有甲基硅酸钠还提高涂料的防水性能,另外添加的硅烷偶联剂能进一步增加无机填料与树脂的结合力,而月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚和润滑剂可减少凝聚,使填料分散更加均匀;润滑剂为微晶蜡和硬脂酸锌混合而成,能改善填料表面极性,增加其在树脂中的分散性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
一种变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:羟基丙烯酸树脂25份、酚醛树脂15份、导热填料8份、硫酸钙晶须9份、刚玉粉1份、滑石粉2份、硅烷偶联剂KH550 2份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5份、甲基硅酸钠0.1份、润滑剂1份、有机溶剂15份。
其中导热填料由钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须按重量比1:1:1混合而成;导热填料的制备方法包括以下步骤:将钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须混合均匀后,与2倍重量质量分数为8%硬脂酸的乙醇溶液搅拌均匀,90-100℃煅烧,得导热填料。
其中润滑剂为微晶蜡和硬脂酸锌按重量比1:2混合而成。
其中有机溶剂为二甲苯和乙酸乙酯按重量比1:1混合而成。

实施例2
一种变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:羟基丙烯酸树脂26份、酚醛树脂12份、导热填料9份、硫酸钙晶须8份、刚玉粉1.2份、滑石粉1.8份、硅烷偶联剂KH550 3份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.8份、甲基硅酸钠0.12份、润滑剂1份、有机溶剂16份。
其中导热填料由钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须按重量比1:1:1混合而成;导热填料的制备方法包括以下步骤:将钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须混合均匀后,与2.5倍重量质量分数为8%硬脂酸的乙醇溶液搅拌均匀,90-100℃煅烧,得导热填料。
其中润滑剂为微晶蜡和硬脂酸锌按重量比1:2混合而成。
其中有机溶剂为二甲苯和乙酸乙酯按重量比1:1混合而成。
变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,由以下步骤制备而成:
(1)导热填料、硫酸钙晶须、刚玉粉、滑石粉加入研磨机中研磨至粒径为400目,之后与硅烷偶联剂、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、甲基硅酸钠、润滑剂和一半的有机溶剂混合均匀,得混合料;
(2)将酚醛树脂、羟基丙烯酸树脂与剩余的有机溶剂混合均匀,与上述混合料搅拌均匀,得产品。
实施例3
一种变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:羟基丙烯酸树脂28份、酚醛树脂11份、导热填料10份、硫酸钙晶须7份、刚玉粉1.5份、滑石粉1.5份、硅烷偶联剂KH550 3份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1.0份、甲基硅酸钠0.15份、润滑剂1.5份、有机溶剂17份。
其中导热填料由钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须按重量比2:1:1混合而成;导热填料的制备方法包括以下步骤:将钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须混合均匀后,与2.5倍重量质量分数为9%硬脂酸的乙醇溶液搅拌均匀,90-100℃煅烧,得导热填料。
其中润滑剂为微晶蜡和硬脂酸锌按重量比1:2混合而成。
其中有机溶剂为二甲苯和乙酸乙酯按重量比1.5:1混合而成。
变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,由以下步骤制备而成:
(1)导热填料、硫酸钙晶须、刚玉粉、滑石粉加入研磨机中研磨至粒径为500目,之后与硅烷偶联剂、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、甲基硅酸钠、润滑剂和一半的有机溶剂混合均匀,得混合料;
(2)将酚醛树脂、羟基丙烯酸树脂与剩余的有机溶剂混合均匀,与上述混合料搅拌均匀,得产品。
实施例4
一种变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:羟基丙烯酸树脂30份、酚醛树脂10份、导热填料11份、硫酸钙晶须7份、刚玉粉2份、滑石粉1.5份、硅烷偶联剂KH550 4份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1份、甲基硅酸钠0.15份、润滑剂2份、有机溶剂17份。
其中导热填料由钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须按重量比2:1:1混合而成;导热填料的制备方法包括以下步骤:将钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须混合均匀后,与2.5倍重量质量分数为9%硬脂酸的乙醇溶液搅拌均匀,90-100℃煅烧,得导热填料。
其中润滑剂为微晶蜡和硬脂酸锌按重量比1:2混合而成。
其中有机溶剂为二甲苯和乙酸乙酯按重量比1.5:1混合而成。
变压器用防腐耐磨涂料制备方法与实施例3相同。
实施例5
一种变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:羟基丙烯酸树脂32份、酚醛树脂9份、导热填料12份、硫酸钙晶须6份、刚玉粉2.2份、滑石粉1.2份、硅烷偶联剂KH550 4份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1.2份、甲基硅酸钠0.16份、润滑剂2.5份、有机溶剂18份。
其中导热填料由钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须按重量比3:1:1混合而成;导热填料的制备方法包括以下步骤:将钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须混合均匀后,与3倍重量质量分数为10%硬脂酸的乙醇溶液搅拌均匀,90-100℃煅烧,得导热填料。
其中润滑剂为微晶蜡和硬脂酸锌按重量比1:2混合而成。
其中有机溶剂为二甲苯和乙酸乙酯按重量比2:1混合而成。
变压器用防腐耐磨涂料制备方法与实施例3相同。
实施例6
一种变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:羟基丙烯酸树脂35份、酚醛树脂8份、导热填料8份、硫酸钙晶须9份、刚玉粉2.5份、滑石粉1.0份、硅烷偶联剂KH550 5份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5份、甲基硅酸钠0.18份、润滑剂3份、有机溶剂19份。
其中导热填料由钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须按重量比3:1:1混合而成;导热填料的制备方法包括以下步骤:将钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须混合均匀后,与2.5倍重量质量分数为10%硬脂酸的乙醇溶液搅拌均匀,90-100℃煅烧,得导热填料。
其中润滑剂为微晶蜡和硬脂酸锌按重量比1:2混合而成。
其中有机溶剂为二甲苯和乙酸乙酯按重量比2:1混合而成。
变压器用防腐耐磨涂料制备方法与实施例3相同。
实施例7
一种变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:羟基丙烯酸树脂25份、酚醛树脂12份、导热填料9份、硫酸钙晶8份、刚玉粉3份、滑石粉1.2份、硅烷偶联剂KH550 5份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1.8份、甲基硅酸钠0.2份、润滑剂2.5份、有机溶剂20份。
其中导热填料由钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须按重量比1:1:1混合而成;导热填料的制备方法包括以下步骤:将钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须混合均匀后,与2倍重量质量分数为8%硬脂酸的乙醇溶液搅拌均匀,90-100℃煅烧,得导热填料。
其中润滑剂为微晶蜡和硬脂酸锌按重量比1:2混合而成。
其中有机溶剂为二甲苯和乙酸乙酯按重量比1.5:1混合而成。

对比例1与实施例8基本相同,不同之处在于:其中导热填料由钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须按重量比2:1:1混合而成,不经过硬脂酸改性。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例8基本相同,不同之处在于:导热填料为纳米氧化锌,导热填料的制备方法包括以下步骤:将纳米氧化锌与2倍重量质量分数为9%硬脂酸的乙醇溶液搅拌均匀,90-100℃煅烧,得导热填料。
检测结果
检测本发明实施例1-8以及对比例1-2制备的变压器用防腐耐磨涂料的耐磨性、导热性能和耐老化性能,将涂料喷涂于试板上(GB/T 1727-1992),厚度30μm,测试耐磨性能(GB/T1768-2006);耐盐雾测试是将喷涂漆膜的试板放置在盐雾机中,一个划叉一个不划,168h后观察漆膜是否正常;性能检测数据参见表1。

将本发明实施例1-8制备的漆膜分别浸泡在质量分数10%的氢氧化钠和10%硫酸溶液中30天,涂层无起泡和脱落现象,说明本发明的涂料耐酸碱腐蚀;且由表1可知,本发明制备的涂料导热率为1.15-1.75W/(m·K),散热效果好,耐磨性为0.019-0.028g,机械性能优异,使用寿命长。
而对比例1中导热填料中的原料不经过改性处理,其导热填料与树脂的界面结合力降低,从而导致耐磨性能导热性能变差;对比例2中导热填料仅为纳米氧化锌,其导热性能有一定程度的下降,说明钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须具有协同作用,能协同增强导热性能。

1.一种变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:羟基丙烯酸树脂25-35份、酚醛树脂8-15份、导热填料8-12份、硫酸钙晶须6-9份、刚玉粉1-3份、滑石粉1-2份、硅烷偶联剂2-5份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5-2份、甲基硅酸钠0.1-0.2份、润滑剂1-3份、有机溶剂15-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,其特征在于:所述导热填料由钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须按重量比1-3:1:1混合而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,其特征在于:所述导热填料的制备方法包括以下步骤:将钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、氮化硅晶须混合均匀后,与2-3倍重量质量分数为8-10%硬脂酸的乙醇溶液搅拌均匀,90-100℃煅烧,得导热填料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为微晶蜡和硬脂酸锌按重量比1:2混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂为二甲苯和乙酸乙酯按重量比1-2:1混合而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种变压器用防腐耐磨涂料,其特征在于:由以下步骤制备而成:
(1)将导热填料、硫酸钙晶须、刚玉粉、滑石粉加入研磨机中研磨至粒径为300-500目,之后与硅烷偶联剂、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、甲基硅酸钠、润滑剂和一半的有机溶剂混合均匀,得混合料;
(2)将酚醛树脂、羟基丙烯酸树脂与剩余的有机溶剂混合均匀,与步骤(1)中的混合料搅拌均匀,得产品。
