Abstract

本发明涉及一种石墨烯氟碳金属漆及其制备方法,所述金属漆包含A、B双组份,其中A组份的组成及质量份数比为:氟碳树脂60~70份,铝银浆5~10份,溶剂20~25份,石墨烯0.1~1份,分散剂0.1~1份,定向剂0.5~1份,抗沉降剂0.1~1份,B组份为固化剂,质量份数为6~7份。制备该金属漆的方法是首先按组分配比称取原料,将石墨烯、氟碳树脂和一部分溶剂混合,超声分散,加入定向剂,然后机械搅拌分散均匀;将铝银浆与剩下溶剂混合,加入分散剂,机械搅拌分散均匀;然后将分散好的铝银浆加入分散好的石墨烯氟碳树脂液中,加入抗沉降剂,机械搅拌分散均匀,得到金属漆A组分,固化剂作为金属漆B组分,使用时将两者混合均匀即可。该金属漆的优点是:1.涂层防腐性能优异;2.涂层导电性好,可用于有导电、散热需求场合。

一种石墨烯氟碳金属漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种石墨烯氟碳金属漆及其制备方法,属于涂料及制备技术领域。
背景技术
相比于传统涂料,氟碳金属漆由于氟碳分子链中含有大量的高键能C-F键,耐候性能更好;相比于金属漆,涂层不易龟裂,但其成膜时交联密度较低,导致防腐性能一般,同时,涂层导电及导热性能不足。为了更好地发挥氟碳树脂的优异性能,扩大氟碳树脂的应用范围,需要对其进行改性。
石墨烯是一种新型的由碳原子构成的单层片状结构的二维材料,其电学、热学和力学性能优良,从而受到人们的广泛关注。片层结构的石墨烯在涂层中具有很好的屏蔽作用及“迷宫效应”,可有效阻碍及延长腐蚀介质在涂层中的渗透,从而减缓腐蚀,这为石墨烯增强涂层耐蚀性能提供了可能,在涂料中与树脂混合后,可显著提高涂料的防腐性能,同时改善涂层的导电性及导热性。
发明内容
本发明正是针对上述现有产品的不足而设计提供了一种石墨烯氟碳金属漆及其制备方法,其目的是提供一种耐腐蚀性能好,同时具有良好导电及导热性能的涂料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明技术方案提供了一种石墨烯氟碳金属漆,其特征在于:

所述氟碳树脂为FEVE;
所述铝银浆为非浮型铝粉,其中铝粉粒径为10μm;
所述溶剂为醋酸丁酯、二甲苯中的一种;
所述石墨烯是经偶联剂改性后制得的,所述偶联剂为有机硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂或KH550中的一种;
所述分散剂为BYK公司的BYK-220S;
所述定向剂为BYK公司的CERATIX-8461;
所述抗沉降剂为有机膨润土、聚酰胺蜡或气相二氧化硅中的一种;
所述固化剂为脂肪族异氰酸酯类固化剂。
本发明技术方案还提供了制备上述石墨烯氟碳金属漆的方法,该方法首先按组分配比称取原料,将石墨烯、氟碳树脂和一部分溶剂混合,超声分散,加入定向剂,然后机械搅拌分散均匀;将铝银浆与剩下的溶剂混合,加入分散剂,机械搅拌分散均匀;然后将分散好的铝银浆加入分散好的石墨烯氟碳树脂液中,加入抗沉降剂,机械搅拌分散均匀,得到金属漆A组分,固化剂作为金属漆B组分,使用时将两者混合均匀即可。
本发明的创造性在于对石墨烯进行了改性,以利于其在涂料体系中的分散。石墨烯由于具有稳定的苯六元环结构,表面呈现惰性,并且石墨烯片层之间由于范德华力的作用,在有机溶剂中容易团聚,导致其难以分散。因此,要在涂料体系中添加石墨烯,首先必须解决石墨烯的分散问题。由于石墨烯表面官能团较少,因此在改性时采用氧化石墨烯(表面含有大量的-COOH,-OH等基团)为原材料,在乙醇和水的混合溶剂中通过偶联剂(一般含有烷氧基、环氧基、氨基等基团)对其进行改性,改性在超声及加热的条件下进行,改性完成后通过离心、乙醇清洗再干燥得到本发明中所采用的改性石墨烯。
本发明的创造性还在于可以根据具体的应用场合来调整金属漆中石墨烯的添加量。要求金属漆具有较好的防腐性能时,控制石墨烯的添加量为0.1~0.5份;当要求金属漆具有更好的导电及导热性能时,石墨烯的添加量可增加至0.5~1份。这样,通过石墨烯的添加改善了原氟碳金属漆的性能,特别适合于同时要求导电、散热及防腐的应用场合。
具体实施方式
以下将结合实施例对本发明技术方案作进一步地详述:
表1为本发明技术方案所述石墨烯氟碳金属漆的实施例的组分及含量,制备金属漆的方法是首先将改性石墨烯、FEVE树脂和一部分溶剂(S1)混合,超声分散,加入0.5份定向剂CERATIX-8461,然后机械搅拌分散均匀得到石墨烯氟碳树脂液;将铝银浆与剩下溶剂(S2)混合,加入0.5份分散剂BYK-220S,机械搅拌分散均匀得到铝银浆分散液;然后将铝银浆分散液加入分散好的石墨烯氟碳树脂液中,加入0.5份抗沉降剂,800~1000rpm分散均匀,得到金属漆A组分。取6.5Kg亚甲基二异氰酸酯固化剂,作为金属漆B组分,使用时将两者混合均匀即可。

1.一种石墨烯氟碳金属漆,其特征在于:所述金属漆的组分及质量份数比为:

所述氟碳树脂为FEVE;
所述铝银浆为非浮型铝粉,其中铝粉粒径为10μm;
所述溶剂为醋酸丁酯、二甲苯中的一种;
所述石墨烯是经偶联剂改性后制得的,所述偶联剂为有机硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂或KH550中的一种;
所述分散剂为BYK公司的BYK-220S;
所述定向剂为BYK公司的CERATIX-8461;
所述抗沉降剂为有机膨润土、聚酰胺蜡或气相二氧化硅中的一种;
所述固化剂为脂肪族异氰酸酯类固化剂。
