本发明涉及电缆领域,具体涉及一种高耐热抗日晒电缆外护套。该种电缆外护套料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:高密度聚乙烯40‑80份、天然橡胶30‑50份、氯丁橡胶25‑40份、玻璃纤维5‑10份、间苯二甲酸酯15‑26份、聚乙二醇4‑10份、氧化铝5‑10份、氢氧化镁2‑5份、补强剂4‑7份、润滑剂1‑4份和改性填料4‑12份。本发明生产的电缆护套物理性能优异,产品伸拉、抗撕裂强度、回弹力性能强;且具有良好的耐油,耐热,耐燃,耐日光,耐臭氧,耐酸碱、耐化学试剂性能,生产成本低,使用寿命长。

本发明涉及电缆领域,具体涉及一种高耐热抗日晒电缆外护套。
背景技术
随着国民经济的发展,人民生活质量的提高,市场上流通的商品也越来越讲究功能性、安全性、寿命等,电缆产品一直处在不断地更新、成熟、创新的循环过程中,电线电缆产品的发展过程实质上是材料的更新换代过程。电线电缆用途广泛,不同使用场合对其性能要求差异很大。
大部分电缆的护套材料,除必须有较高的绝缘电阻、耐电压强度或低的介电损耗外,还必须兼顾良好的物理机械性能,如抗拉、抗弯曲、抗振动、抗扭等;并且由于要适应不同的使用环境和场合,有抗撕裂、耐高低温、耐气候、耐油、耐溶剂等要求;有些则是针对成品电缆提出的综合要求,如径向、纵向压力密封性、阻燃、耐火等。在这些要求相互叠加的前提下,需要提高电缆护套的综合性能。
发明内容
为了解决上述背景中提到的问题,本发明目的在于提供一种高耐热抗日晒电缆外护套。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高耐热抗日晒电缆外护套,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:高密度聚乙烯40-80份、天然橡胶30-50份、氯丁橡胶25-40份、玻璃纤维5-10份、间苯二甲酸酯15-26份、聚乙二醇4-10份、氧化铝5-10份、氢氧化镁2-5份、补强剂4-7份、润滑剂1-4份和改性填料4-12份。
进一步,上述一种高耐热抗日晒电缆外护套,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:高密度聚乙烯66-80份、天然橡胶40-50份、氯丁橡胶33-40份、玻璃纤维7-10份、间苯二甲酸酯20-26份、聚乙二醇7-10份、氧化铝8-10份、氢氧化镁4-5份、补强剂6-7份、润滑剂3-4份和改性填料8-12份。
进一步,上述一种高耐热抗日晒电缆外护套,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:高密度聚乙烯60份、天然橡胶40份、氯丁橡胶33份、玻璃纤维7份、间苯二甲酸酯20份、聚乙二醇7份、氧化铝8份、氢氧化镁4份、补强剂6份、润滑剂3份和改性填料8份。
本发明生产的电缆护套物理性能优异,产品伸拉、抗撕裂强度、回弹力性能强;且具有良好的耐油,耐热,耐燃,耐日光,耐臭氧,耐酸碱、耐化学试剂性能,生产成本低,使用寿命长。

一种高耐热抗日晒电缆外护套,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:高密度聚乙烯80份、天然橡胶50份、氯丁橡胶40份、玻璃纤维10份、间苯二甲酸酯26份、聚乙二醇10份、氧化铝10份、氢氧化镁5份、补强剂7份、润滑剂4份和改性填料12份。

一种种高耐热抗日晒电缆外护套,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:高密度聚乙烯60份、天然橡胶40份、氯丁橡胶33份、玻璃纤维7份、间苯二甲酸酯20份、聚乙二醇7份、氧化铝8份、氢氧化镁4份、补强剂6份、润滑剂3份和改性填料8份。
