Abstract
本发明公开了一种电线绝缘材料,由以下重量份的成分组成:氯化聚乙烯橡胶 30~50;氢氧化镁10~15;增塑剂5~8;硫酸钡粉3~6;氧化铁粉末4~12;海泡石6~15;石蜡烃油5~7。本发明阻燃性柔性电线电缆绝缘层或护套组合物的拉伸强度较高,可达12MPA,使用温度较高,可用做105℃线使用。而且选用的卤素阻燃剂为环保型的,不含联苯化合物,燃烧时不会释放对生物有害的二噁英。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆绝缘材料,具体的说,涉及一种电线绝缘材料。
背景技术
目前电线电缆被广泛用于能量和信息的传递,用传统高分子材料制成的电线电缆的绝缘层或护套,在使用过程中很容易因线路发热量过大或短路等原因而燃烧,引起火灾。而欧盟、美国等不少区域对电器、电线类产品中重金属、联苯类化合物等做了限制。传统的卤素阻燃剂燃烧时因会释放出二噁英,对生物有害。因此对环境友好的电线电缆将是一种发展趋势。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种拉伸强度高、耐高温、燃烧时不会释放对生物有害的二噁英的电线绝缘材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种电线绝缘材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的成分组成:
氯化聚乙烯橡胶 30~50;
氢氧化镁 10~15;
增塑剂 5~8;
硫酸钡粉 3~6;
氧化铁粉末 4~12;
海泡石 6~15;
石蜡烃油 5~7。
本发明电线绝缘材料的优点是:本发明阻燃性柔性电线电缆绝缘层或护套组合物的拉伸强度较高,可达12MPA,使用温度较高,可用做105℃线使用。而且选用的卤素阻燃剂为环保型的,不含联苯化合物,燃烧时不会释放对生物有害的二噁英。

一种电线绝缘材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的成分组成:
氯化聚乙烯橡胶 30~50;
氢氧化镁 10~15;
增塑剂 5~8;
硫酸钡粉 3~6;
氧化铁粉末 4~12;
海泡石 6~15;
石蜡烃油 5~7。

石蜡烃油 5~7。
