Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐磨阻燃的电线电缆材料,包括耐磨层和阻燃层,所述耐磨层包裹阻燃层,所述耐磨层由以下重量份数比组成:聚氯乙烯35-60份、碳纳米管40-55份、滑石粉25-40份、稳定剂3-8份、润滑剂5-8份、耐磨剂2-6份、二甲基硅油2-6份、环烷烃油10-12份和复合填料10-15份,所述阻燃层由以下重量份数比组成:聚苯醚树脂8-15份、聚烯烃树脂20-25份、硅橡胶12-18份、二氧化硅5-8份、阻燃剂1-4份、抗氧剂2-3份、交联剂1-4份和偶联剂2-4份;该耐磨阻燃的电线电缆材料能够解决目前电线电缆外护套易磨损和电线电缆易燃的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐磨阻燃的电线电缆材料。
背景技术
阻燃电缆,是指在规定试验条件下,试样被燃烧,在撤去试验火源后,火焰的蔓延仅在限定范围内,残焰或残灼在限定时间内能自行熄灭的电缆。根本特性是 :在火灾情况下有可能被烧坏而不能运行,但可阻止火势的蔓延。通俗地讲,电线万一失火,能够把燃烧限制在局部范围内,不产生蔓延,保住其他的各种设备,避免造成更大的损失。
目前市场上室外电动工具橡胶电源线,如切割机,经常在硬质地面上来回拖动,随着使用时间的延续,橡胶电源线高温老化,气候老化,电线外护套被摩擦变薄,一旦外护套被磨破,则绝缘外露出现安全隐患 , 并且大功率电器、电动工具长期使用发热对耐高温的要求越来越高,因此需要设计一种具有耐高温且超耐磨的电线电缆护套胶料。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐磨阻燃的电线电缆材料,来解决目前电线电缆外护套易磨损和电线电缆易燃的问题。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案予以实现:
一种耐磨阻燃的电线电缆材料,包括耐磨层和阻燃层,所述耐磨层包裹阻燃层,所述耐磨层由以下重量份数比组成:聚氯乙烯35-60份、碳纳米管40-55份、滑石粉25-40份、稳定剂3-8份、润滑剂5-8份、耐磨剂2-6份、二甲基硅油2-6份、环烷烃油10-12份和复合填料10-15份,所述阻燃层由以下重量份数比组成:聚苯醚树脂8-15份、聚烯烃树脂20-25份、硅橡胶12-18份、二氧化硅5-8份、阻燃剂1-4份、抗氧剂2-3份、交联剂1-4份和偶联剂2-4份。
进一步的,所述润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡。
进一步的,所述滑石粉为 1200 目,粒径 40% 分布在 1 ~ 5µm,盐酸不溶物大于或等于
80%,氧化镁含量大于或等于 35% 的滑石粉。
进一步的,所述复合填料由下列重量份的原料制成:粘土 13-16份、轻质碳酸钙 2-3份、氮化铝 1-2份、海泡石粉
3-4份、氢氧化镁 10-12份、二甲基硅油1-2份、石英砂 4-5份、柠檬酸三丁酯 2-3份、氢氧化铝8-10份。
进一步的,所述聚苯醚树脂的粘度为30~40g/cm3。
进一步的,所述硅橡胶为二甲基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶或甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
进一步的,所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵。
本发明的有益效果是:耐磨层采用了碳纳米管,给产品性能带来极大的改善,使得产品具有良好的强度、弹性、抗疲劳性,且具有较强的耐压耐磨性能,阻燃层能够起到阻燃耐火作用,即使超过耐火极限燃烧仍能烧蚀形成坚硬的保护壳,保护壳能够防止火焰进一步向电线内部延伸,从而保护位于陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火层内的导体不受损坏,确保电线的正常使用功能。

实施例
一种耐磨阻燃的电线电缆材料,包括耐磨层和阻燃层,所述耐磨层包裹阻燃层,所述耐磨层由以下重量份数比组成:聚氯乙烯35份、碳纳米管40份、滑石粉25份、稳定剂3份、润滑剂5份、耐磨剂2份、二甲基硅油2份、环烷烃油10份和复合填料10份,所述阻燃层由以下重量份数比组成:聚苯醚树脂8份、聚烯烃树脂20份、硅橡胶12份、二氧化硅5份、阻燃剂1份、抗氧剂2份、交联剂1份和偶联剂2份。
所述润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡。
所述滑石粉为 1200 目,粒径 40% 分布在 1 ~ 5µm,盐酸不溶物大于或等于
80%,氧化镁含量大于或等于 35% 的滑石粉。
所述复合填料由下列重量份的原料制成:粘土 13份、轻质碳酸钙 2份、氮化铝 1份、海泡石粉 3份、氢氧化镁 10份、二甲基硅油1份、石英砂 4份、柠檬酸三丁酯 2份、氢氧化铝8份。
所述聚苯醚树脂的粘度为30~40g/cm3。
所述硅橡胶为二甲基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶或甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵。

1.一种耐磨阻燃的电线电缆材料,其特征在于:包括耐磨层和阻燃层,所述耐磨层包裹阻燃层,所述耐磨层由以下重量份数比组成:聚氯乙烯35-60份、碳纳米管40-55份、滑石粉25-40份、稳定剂3-8份、润滑剂5-8份、耐磨剂2-6份、二甲基硅油2-6份、环烷烃油10-12份和复合填料10-15份,所述阻燃层由以下重量份数比组成:聚苯醚树脂8-15份、聚烯烃树脂20-25份、硅橡胶12-18份、二氧化硅5-8份、阻燃剂1-4份、抗氧剂2-3份、交联剂1-4份和偶联剂2-4份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨阻燃的电线电缆材料,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨阻燃的电线电缆材料,其特征在于:所述滑石粉为 1200 目,粒径 40% 分布在 1 ~ 5µm,盐酸不溶物大于或等于
80%,氧化镁含量大于或等于
35% 的滑石粉。

6.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨阻燃的电线电缆材料,其特征在于:所述硅橡胶为二甲基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶或甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨阻燃的电线电缆材料,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵。
