本发明公开了一种电缆绝缘材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:双酚F型环氧树脂70-80份、酚醛树脂40-45份、环氧化天然橡胶10-20份、碳化硅10-15份、云母粉12-15份、海泡石10-14份、二氧化硅2-4份、氢氧化镁1-3份、硬脂酸2-5份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯5-7份、抗氧剂1-3份、季戊四醇0.5-1份、丙三醇0.1-1份。本发明阻燃性能好,抗撕裂强度和回弹力性能提高,不含联苯化合物,燃烧时不释放二噁英等有害物质。

本发明属于电缆领域,具体涉及一种电缆绝缘材料。
背景技术
电缆通常是由一根或多根相互绝缘的导体外包绝缘和保护层制成,目前电线电缆被广泛用于能量和信息的传递,用传统高分子材料制成的电线电缆的绝缘层或护套,不能承受高温,在使用过程中很容易因线路发热量过大或短路等原因而燃烧,引起火灾,且在燃烧时因会释放出二噁英,污染环境,并威胁人体健康。因此对环境友好的电线电缆绝缘材料将是一种发展趋势。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种电缆绝缘材料。
本发明的技术方案是:一种电缆绝缘材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:双酚F型环氧树脂70-80份、酚醛树脂40-45份、环氧化天然橡胶10-20份、碳化硅10-15份、云母粉12-15份、海泡石10-14份、二氧化硅2-4份、氢氧化镁1-3份、硬脂酸2-5份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯5-7份、抗氧剂1-3份、季戊四醇0.5-1份、丙三醇0.1-1份。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:阻燃性能好,抗撕裂强度和回弹力性能提高;不含联苯化合物,燃烧时不释放二噁英等有害物质。

一种电缆绝缘材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:双酚F型环氧树脂70份、酚醛树脂40份、环氧化天然橡胶10份、碳化硅10份、云母粉12份、海泡石10份、二氧化硅2份、氢氧化镁1份、硬脂酸2份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯5份、抗氧剂1份、季戊四醇0.5份、丙三醇0.1份。
实施例2
一种电缆绝缘材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:双酚F型环氧树脂75份、酚醛树脂42份、环氧化天然橡胶15份、碳化硅13份、云母粉14份、海泡石13份、二氧化硅3份、氢氧化镁2份、硬脂酸3份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯6份、抗氧剂2份、季戊四醇0.7份、丙三醇0.5份。
实施例3
一种电缆绝缘材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:双酚F型环氧树脂80份、酚醛树脂45份、环氧化天然橡胶20份、碳化硅15份、云母粉15份、海泡石14份、二氧化硅4份、氢氧化镁3份、硬脂酸5份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯7份、抗氧剂3份、季戊四醇1份、丙三醇1份。
