本发明公开了一种增强型NBR、PVC共混配方,由60~63份PVC树脂、37~40份NBR合成橡胶、50~55份DOP、21~24份CaCO3、0.3~0.5份DM、0.4~0.7份硫磺、5~7份ZnO、1.4~1.7份RD、0.9~1.2份HSt共混而成。本发明显著提高强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种NBR、PVC共混配方。
背景技术
NBR、PVC共混材料具有较高的强度和韧性,但强度不足。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高强度的增强型NBR、PVC共混配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
增强型NBR、PVC共混配方,其改进之处在于:由60~63份PVC树脂、37~40份NBR合成橡胶、50~55份DOP、21~24份CaCO3、0.3~0.5份DM、0.4~0.7份硫磺、5~7份ZnO、1.4~1.7份RD、0.9~1.2份HSt共混而成。
进一步改进在于:由61~62份PVC树脂、38~39份NBR合成橡胶、52~53份DOP、22~23份CaCO3、0.4~0.45份DM、0.5~0.6份硫磺、6~6.5份ZnO、1.5~1.6份RD、1.0~1.1份HSt共混而成。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、NBR、PVC共混,加入CaCO3,显著提高强度。
2、由61~62份PVC树脂、38~39份NBR合成橡胶、52~53份DOP、22~23份CaCO3、0.4~0.45份DM、0.5~0.6份硫磺、6~6.5份ZnO、1.5~1.6份RD、1.0~1.1份HSt共混而成,可进一步提高强度。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
增强型NBR、PVC共混配方,由60份PVC树脂、40份NBR合成橡胶、50份DOP、21份CaCO3、0.3份DM、0.4份硫磺、5份ZnO、1.4份RD、0.9份HSt共混而成。
实施例2:
增强型NBR、PVC共混配方,由63份PVC树脂、37份NBR合成橡胶、55份DOP、24份CaCO3、0.5份DM、0.7份硫磺、7份ZnO、1.7份RD、1.2份HSt共混而成。
实施例3:
增强型NBR、PVC共混配方,由61份PVC树脂、39份NBR合成橡胶、52份DOP、22份CaCO3、0.4份DM、0.5份硫磺、6份ZnO、1.5份RD、1.0份HSt共混而成。
实施例4:
增强型NBR、PVC共混配方,由62份PVC树脂、38份NBR合成橡胶、53份DOP、23份CaCO3、0.45份DM、0.6份硫磺、6.5份ZnO、1.6份RD、1.1份HSt共混而成。

1.一种增强型NBR、PVC共混配方,其特征在于:由60~63份PVC树脂、37~40份NBR合成橡胶、50~55份DOP、21~24份CaCO3、0.3~0.5份DM、0.4~0.7份硫磺、5~7份ZnO、1.4~1.7份RD、0.9~1.2份HSt共混而成。
