本发明涉及一种高分子材料配方,特别是一种PE/PP共混配方。
背景技术
PE、PP具有各自的性能,希望能研发一种综合PE、PP性能的共混材料。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能具有较高综合性能的PE/PP共混改性配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
PE/PP共混改性配方,其改进之处在于:由22%LDPE、28%HDPE、28%PP、22%相容剂组成。
进一步改进在于:由22%LDPE、28%HDPE、25%PP、20%相容剂、5%DBDPO组成。
进一步改进在于:所述相容剂为EPR嵌段共段物。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、由22%LDPE、28%HDPE、28%PP、22%相容剂组成,形成具有较高综合性能的PE/PP共混材料。
2、添加DBDPO,使本发明具有阻燃性能。
3、相容剂为EPR嵌段共段物,使PE、PP能很好的相容。

实施例1:
PE/PP共混改性配方,由22%LDPE、28%HDPE、28%PP、22%相容剂组成,本实施例中,相容剂为EPR嵌段共段物。
实施例2:
PE/PP共混改性配方,由22%LDPE、28%HDPE、25%PP、20%相容剂、5%DBDPO组成,本实施例中,相容剂为EPR嵌段共段物。
