本发明公开了一种防紫外线PE、PP共混材料配方,每75份PP树脂、25份LDPE树脂中配备:14~17份丁二烯橡胶、0.5~0.8份BaSt稳定剂、0.4~0.6份CA抗氧剂、0.5~0.7份DLTP抗氧剂、1.2~1.4份ZnO促进剂、1~2份二盐基硬脂酸铅、3~6份2‑羟基‑4‑甲氧基二苯甲酮。本发明显著提高防紫外线性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PE、PP共混材料配方。
背景技术
PE、PP共混材料综合PE、PP两种材料的性能,但防紫外线性能较差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高防紫外线性能的防紫外线PE、PP共混材料配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
防紫外线PE、PP共混材料配方,其改进之处在于:每75份PP树脂、25份LDPE树脂中配备:14~17份丁二烯橡胶、0.5~0.8份BaSt稳定剂、0.4~0.6份CA抗氧剂、0.5~0.7份DLTP抗氧剂、1.2~1.4份ZnO促进剂、1~2份二盐基硬脂酸铅、3~6份2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
优选地,每75份PP树脂、25份LDPE树脂中配备:15~16份丁二烯橡胶、0.6~0.7份BaSt稳定剂、0.5~0.55份CA抗氧剂、0.55~0.6份DLTP抗氧剂、1.3~1.35份ZnO促进剂、1~1.5份二盐基硬脂酸铅、4~5份2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:添加二盐基硬脂酸铅,起到较好的稳定作用;添加2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮,显著提高防紫外线性能。

实施例1:
防紫外线PE、PP共混材料配方,每75份PP树脂、25份LDPE树脂中配备:14份丁二烯橡胶、0.5份BaSt稳定剂、0.4份CA抗氧剂、0.5份DLTP抗氧剂、1.2份ZnO促进剂、1份二盐基硬脂酸铅、3份2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
实施例2:
防紫外线PE、PP共混材料配方,每75份PP树脂、25份LDPE树脂中配备:17份丁二烯橡胶、0.8份BaSt稳定剂、0.6份CA抗氧剂、0.7份DLTP抗氧剂、1.4份ZnO促进剂、2份二盐基硬脂酸铅、6份2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。

1.一种防紫外线PE、PP共混材料配方,其特征在于:每75份PP树脂、25份LDPE树脂中配备:14~17份丁二烯橡胶、0.5~0.8份BaSt稳定剂、0.4~0.6份CA抗氧剂、0.5~0.7份DLTP抗氧剂、1.2~1.4份ZnO促进剂、1~2份二盐基硬脂酸铅、3~6份2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线PE、PP共混材料配方,其特征在于:每75份PP树脂、25份LDPE树脂中配备:15~16份丁二烯橡胶、0.6~0.7份BaSt稳定剂、0.5~0.55份CA抗氧剂、0.55~0.6份DLTP抗氧剂、1.3~1.35份ZnO促进剂、1~1.5份二盐基硬脂酸铅、4~5份2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
