本发明公开了橡胶生产技术领域的一种丁腈橡胶,所述丁腈橡胶各组份的份数为:丁腈橡胶100phr,炭黑60~80phr,葵二酸二辛脂30~40phr,改性滑石粉50~60phr,氧化锌5~8phr,硬脂酸1~3phr,古马隆5~8phr,防老剂RD 2~3phr,防老剂4010NA 1.5~4phr,分散剂2~4phr,吸湿剂15~20phr,硫磺S 3~5phr,促进剂D 1~2phr,促进剂M 2~4phr,促进剂DPTT 2~4phr。本发明的硫化工艺如下:挤出制品后通过一段微波、二段热空气硫化设备进行微波硫化成型。本发明耐低温性能好、高强度、低压变、抗老化、使用寿命长,并且通过微波硫化方法成型,低成本、高效率、成品率高。

Description

一种丁腈橡胶及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶生产技术领域,特别涉及一种丁腈橡胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
丁腈橡胶是由丁二烯和丙烯腈经乳液聚合法制得的,可以在120℃的空气中或在150℃的油中长期使用,广泛用于制各种耐油橡胶制品、多种耐油垫圈、垫片、套管、软包装、软胶管、印染胶辊、电缆胶材料等,在汽车、航空、石油、复印等行业中成为必不可少的弹性材料。在橡胶的制备工艺中,硫化是加工过程中最重要的工艺步骤,传统的硫化方法如加压平板硫化、蒸汽硫化罐硫化、热空气硫化、盐浴硫化等按热传导加热原理的作业方法。但是,传统的硫化方法成品率较低,硫化周期长,成本高;并且由于丁腈橡胶的适用领域较广,使用环境比较恶劣,现有技术中的橡胶主要存在如下缺点:1.耐低温性差,在极端天气条件下易断裂;2.抗拉强度不够;3.长期使用容易压缩变形;4.长期使用容易老化、使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供耐低温性能好、高强度、低压变、抗老化、使用寿命长的一种丁腈橡胶,并且通过微波硫化方法成型,低成本、高效率、成品率高。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种丁腈橡胶,所述丁腈橡胶各组份的份数为:丁腈橡胶100phr,炭黑 60~80phr,葵二酸二辛脂 30~40phr,改性滑石粉50~60phr,氧化锌5~8phr,硬脂酸1~3phr,古马隆5~8phr,防老剂RD 2~3phr,防老剂4010NA 1.5~4phr,分散剂2~4phr,吸湿剂15~20phr,硫磺S 3~5phr,促进剂D 1~2phr,促进剂M 2~4phr,促进剂DPTT 2~4phr。
优选的,所述的一种丁腈橡胶各组份的份数为:丁腈橡胶100phr,炭黑 80phr,葵二酸二辛脂 40phr,改性滑石粉60phr,氧化锌8phr,硬脂酸3phr,古马隆5phr,防老剂RD2phr,防老剂4010NA 1.5phr,分散剂4phr,吸湿剂15phr,硫磺S 3phr,促进剂D 1phr,促进剂M 2phr,促进剂DPTT 2phr。
本发明的制备方法,所述丁腈橡胶挤出制品后通过一段微波、二段热空气硫化设备进行微波硫化成型:微波段温度为220℃ ,热空气加热一段温度为180℃,热空气加热二段温度为180℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1.配方中各组分合理、配比严谨,综合性能提高;以丁腈橡胶作为基本原料,配以葵二酸二辛脂、古马隆、防老剂4010NA、防老剂RD、氧化锌、促进剂D、促进剂M、促进剂DPTT及其他辅料,力学性能优异,抗拉强度大、低温性能好、低压变、抗老化;
丁腈橡胶作为基本原料,丁腈橡胶主要用于制造耐油橡胶制品,是耐油(尤其是烷烃油)、耐老化性能较好的合成橡胶。
葵二酸二辛脂,作为丁腈橡胶的增塑剂,具有增塑效率高、挥发性低、既有优良的耐寒性,又有较好的耐热性、耐光性和电绝缘性,从而改进了丁腈橡胶的性能;
古马隆与丁腈橡胶复配具有良好的粘结性,包括压敏性或热熔性,现有技术中的粘结剂多用于天然松香树脂或茚烯树脂,但是,不仅价格高,来源不稳定,而且性能差。本发明将古马隆加入丁腈橡胶中,可起到软化、补强、增粘、分散等作用,从而改进了丁腈橡胶的性能;
防老剂4010NA、防老剂RD的加入,防止丁腈橡胶受到热、氧、臭氧、变价金属离子、机械应力、光、高能射线等因素的影响,出现逐渐发粘、变硬发脆或龟裂的现象,延长使用寿命;
促进剂D、促进剂M、促进剂DPTT的加入,缩短丁腈橡胶的硫化时间,提高改进了丁腈橡胶的性能;
2.微波硫化工艺严谨,具有效率高,占地少,制品清洁,并适用于各种尺寸和断面构型复杂的制品,同时成品率高;通过一段微波、二段热空气硫化设备进行微波硫化成型,微波段温度为220℃ ,热空气加热一段温度为180℃,热空气加热二段温度为180℃,温度控制精确,成品率高,成品美观性能好;高于上述温度,产品将会出现过硫现象,表面起皱、不光滑,同时出现鼓泡、麻点等现象;低于上述温度将出现欠硫现象,表面出现凹陷、粘手等现象。

一种丁腈橡胶各组份的份数为:丁腈橡胶100phr,炭黑 65phr,葵二酸二辛脂 30phr,改性滑石粉50phr,氧化锌6phr,硬脂酸1phr,古马隆5phr,防老剂RD 2phr,防老剂4010NA2phr,分散剂2phr,吸湿剂15phr,硫磺S 3phr,促进剂D 1phr,促进剂M 2phr,促进剂DPTT2phr。
一种丁腈橡胶的制备方法,硫化工艺如下:挤出制品后通过一段微波、二段热空气硫化设备进行微波硫化成型:微波段温度为220℃ ,热空气加热一段温度为180℃,热空气加热二段温度为180℃。
实施例2:
一种丁腈橡胶各组份的份数为:丁腈橡胶100phr,炭黑 70phr,葵二酸二辛脂 35phr,改性滑石粉55phr,氧化锌7phr,硬脂酸2phr,古马隆7phr,防老剂RD 2.5phr,防老剂4010NA3phr,分散剂3phr,吸湿剂18phr,硫磺S 4phr,促进剂D 2phr,促进剂M 3phr,促进剂DPTT3phr。
一种丁腈橡胶的制备方法,硫化工艺如下:挤出制品后通过一段微波、二段热空气硫化设备进行微波硫化成型:微波段温度为220℃ ,热空气加热一段温度为180℃,热空气加热二段温度为180℃。

本发明产品配方的性能参数如下表所列:
由上表中可以看出,与同类产品相比,本发明产品的综合性能提高;高强度、低压变,耐低温性能优异,能在极端天气条件下长期稳定工作。
显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
