本发明公开了橡胶生产技术领域的一种高强度高绝缘天然橡胶,所述天然橡胶各组份的份数为:生胶NR 100phr,炭黑50~70phr,瓷土8~15phr,轻质碳酸钙40~60phr,白油膏20~40phr,氧化锌 5~10phr,硬脂酸2~5phr,防老剂RD 1~3phr,防老剂4010NA 2~3phr,聚乙二醇 2~4phr,石蜡 1~3phr,吸湿剂 8~15phr,硫磺S 1~2phr,促进剂CZ 1~2phr,促进剂DPTT 0.5~1phr,促进剂BZ 0.5~1phr。本发明的硫化工艺如下:挤出制品后通过一段微波、二段热空气硫化设备进行微波硫化成型。本发明综合性能提高,高强度、高绝缘,并且通过微波硫化方法成型,低成本、高效率、成品率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶生产技术领域,特别涉及一种高强度高绝缘天然橡胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
天然橡胶是一种以聚异戊二烯为主要成分、具有高弹性的天然高分子化合物。随着经济的发展和人们使用绿色资源意识的增强,天然橡胶作为一种绿色可再生资源得到广泛应用。在日常生活、医疗、工业、农业等领域具有广泛用途,例如用天然橡胶料制造的汽车轮胎、胶带、胶管、减震垫、电线护套等汽车天然橡胶制品,除了需要具备良好的物理机械性能、回弹性、气密性外,还须具有较高的电绝缘性。例如应用在变电站、发电厂、配电房、实验室以及野外带电作业时,现有技术中的天然橡胶的绝缘性能不够,直接影响使用的安全性;同时,由于天然橡胶的自由体积较大,分子间作用力较弱,因而其强度低,使用价值不够。
在橡胶的制备工艺中,硫化是加工过程中最重要的工艺步骤,传统的硫化方法如加压平板硫化、蒸汽硫化罐硫化、热空气硫化、盐浴硫化等按热传导加热原理的作业方法。但是,传统的硫化方法成品率较低,硫化周期长,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高强度高绝缘天然橡胶,其目的旨在克服现有技术所存在的上述缺陷,并且通过微波硫化方法成型,低成本、高效率、成品率高。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种高强度高绝缘天然橡胶,所述高强度高绝缘天然橡胶各组份的份数为:生胶NR 100phr,炭黑50~70phr,瓷土8~15phr,轻质碳酸钙40~60phr,白油膏20~40phr,氧化锌 5~10phr,硬脂酸2~5phr,防老剂RD 1~3phr,防老剂4010NA 2~3phr,聚乙二醇 2~4phr,石蜡 1~3phr,吸湿剂 8~15phr,硫磺S 1~2phr,促进剂CZ 1~2phr,促进剂DPTT 0.5~1phr,促进剂BZ 0.5~1phr。
优选的,所述高强度高绝缘天然橡胶各组份的份数为:生胶NR 100phr,炭黑70phr,瓷土10phr,轻质碳酸钙50phr,白油膏30phr,氧化锌 8phr,硬脂酸3phr,防老剂RD2phr,防老剂4010NA 2.5phr,聚乙二醇 3phr,石蜡 2phr,吸湿剂 10phr,硫磺S 1phr,促进剂CZ 1phr,促进剂DPTT 0.8phr,促进剂BZ 0.5phr。
本发明的制备方法,所述天然橡胶挤出制品后通过一段微波、二段热空气硫化设备进行微波硫化成型:微波段温度为240℃ ,热空气加热一段温度为240℃,热空气加热二段温度为240℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明将生胶、炭黑、瓷土、轻质碳酸钙、白油膏、氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂RD 、防老剂4010NA、聚乙二醇 、石蜡、吸湿剂、硫磺S 、促进剂CZ、促进剂DPTT、促进剂BZ按照严格配比,挤出制品后通过一段微波、二段热空气硫化设备进行微波硫化成型,微波段温度严格控制在240℃ ,热空气加热一段温度严格可控制在240℃,热空气加热二段温度严格控制在240℃,温度控制精确,成品率高,成品美观性能好;如高于上述温度,产品将会出现过硫现象,表面起皱、不光滑,同时出现鼓泡、麻点等现象;如低于上述温度将出现欠硫现象,表面出现凹陷、粘手等现象。根据此配方工艺制作出来的产品综合性能提高,绝缘性优异且稳定,强度高。

一种高强度高绝缘天然橡胶,所述高强度高绝缘天然橡胶各组份的份数为:生胶NR100phr,炭黑50phr,瓷土8phr,轻质碳酸钙40phr,白油膏20phr,氧化锌 5phr,硬脂酸2phr,防老剂RD 1phr,防老剂4010NA 2phr,聚乙二醇 2phr,石蜡 1phr,吸湿剂 10phr,硫磺S1phr,促进剂CZ 1phr,促进剂DPTT 0.5phr,促进剂BZ 0.5phr。

一种高强度高绝缘天然橡胶的制备方法,硫化工艺如下:挤出制品后通过一段微波、二段热空气硫化设备进行微波硫化成型:微波段温度为240℃ ,热空气加热一段温度为240℃,热空气加热二段温度为240℃。
本发明产品配方的性能参数如下表所列:
由上表中可以看出,与同类产品相比,本发明产品的综合性能提高;绝缘性能优异且稳定,同类产品虽有达到绝缘指标,但不稳定;同时与同类产品相比,拉伸强度得以明显提高。
显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
