技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PE、PP共混材料配方。
背景技术
PE、PP共混材料综合PE、PP两种材料的性能,但强度有待改善。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著改善强度的增强型PE、PP共混材料配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
增强型PE、PP共混材料配方,其改进之处在于:每75份PP树脂、25份LDPE树脂中配备:21~23份丁二烯橡胶、0.6~0.8份PbSt稳定剂、1.1~1.4份BaSt稳定剂、0.4~0.7份DLTP抗氧剂、1.2~1.4份ZnO促进剂、3~4份硬脂酸酰胺、4~5份玻璃纤维。
优选地,每75份PP树脂、25份LDPE树脂中配备:22~22.5份丁二烯橡胶、0.6~0.7份PbSt稳定剂、1.2~1.3份BaSt稳定剂、0.5~0.6份DLTP抗氧剂、1.3~1.4份ZnO促进剂、3~3.5份硬脂酸酰胺、4~4.5份玻璃纤维。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:添加硬脂酸酰胺,改善加工性能;添加玻璃纤维,显著提高强度和韧性。

1.一种增强型PE、PP共混材料配方,其特征在于:每75份PP树脂、25份LDPE树脂中配备:21~23份丁二烯橡胶、0.6~0.8份PbSt稳定剂、1.1~1.4份BaSt稳定剂、0.4~0.7份DLTP抗氧剂、1.2~1.4份ZnO促进剂、3~4份硬脂酸酰胺、4~5份玻璃纤维。
