技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PS、SBR共混材料配方。
背景技术
PS、SBR共混材料综合PS、SBR两种材料的性能,但强度有待改善。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著改善强度的增强型PS、SBR共混材料配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
增强型PS、SBR共混材料配方,其改进之处在于:每100份PS树脂配备:16~20份SBR(丁苯胶)、4~7份LCP耐热剂、0.3~0.6份BaSt稳定剂、2~4份SBS-g-MAH、0.3~0.5份ZnSt、1~4份硬脂酸酰胺、2~4份玻璃纤维。
进一步改进在于:每100份PS树脂配备:17~18份SBR(丁苯胶)、5~6份LCP耐热剂、0.4~0.5份BaSt稳定剂、3~3.5份SBS-g-MAH、0.4~0.45份ZnSt、1~2份硬脂酸酰胺、3~3.5份玻璃纤维。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:添加硬脂酸酰胺,改善加工性能;添加玻璃纤维,显著提高强度和韧性。

实施例1:
增强型PS、SBR共混材料配方,每100份PS树脂配备:16份SBR(丁苯胶)、4份LCP耐热剂、0.3份BaSt稳定剂、2份SBS-g-MAH、0.3份ZnSt、1份硬脂酸酰胺、2份玻璃纤维。
实施例2:
增强型PS、SBR共混材料配方,每100份PS树脂配备:20份SBR(丁苯胶)、7份LCP耐热剂、0.6份BaSt稳定剂、4份SBS-g-MAH、0.5份ZnSt、4份硬脂酸酰胺、4份玻璃纤维。

1.一种增强型PS、SBR共混材料配方,其特征在于:每100份PS树脂配备:16~20份SBR(丁苯胶)、4~7份LCP耐热剂、0.3~0.6份BaSt稳定剂、2~4份SBS-g-MAH、0.3~0.5份ZnSt、1~4份硬脂酸酰胺、2~4份玻璃纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增强型PS、SBR共混材料配方,其特征在于:每100份PS树脂配备:17~18份SBR(丁苯胶)、5~6份LCP耐热剂、0.4~0.5份BaSt稳定剂、3~3.5份SBS-g-MAH、0.4~0.45份ZnSt、1~2份硬脂酸酰胺、3~3.5份玻璃纤维。
