本发明公开了一种增强型ABS、PC共混材料配方,每100份ABS树脂中配备:20~23份PC、4~8份LCP耐热剂、4~6份PS‑g‑MAH、0.2~0.5份BaSt稳定剂、0.2~0.5份HSt、1~1.4份石蜡、0.3~0.6份BaSt稳定剂、2~4份硬脂酸酰胺、3~5份玻璃纤维。本发明显著改善结构强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种ABS、PC共混材料配方。
背景技术
ABS、PC共混材料综合ABS、PC两种材料的性能,但结构强度有待改善。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著改善结构强度的增强型ABS、PC共混材料配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
增强型ABS、PC共混材料配方,其改进之处在于:每100份ABS树脂中配备:20~23份PC、4~8份LCP耐热剂、4~6份PS-g-MAH、0.2~0.5份BaSt稳定剂、0.2~0.5份HSt、1~1.4份石蜡、0.3~0.6份BaSt稳定剂、2~4份硬脂酸酰胺、3~5份玻璃纤维。
优选地,每100份ABS树脂中配备:20~21份PC、5~6份LCP耐热剂、4~5份PS-g-MAH、0.3~0.4份BaSt稳定剂、0.3~0.4份HSt、1.2~1.3份石蜡、0.4~0.5份BaSt稳定剂、3~3.5份硬脂酸酰胺、3.5~4份玻璃纤维。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:添加硬脂酸酰胺,改善加工性能;添加玻璃纤维,显著提高强度和韧性。

增强型ABS、PC共混材料配方,每100份ABS树脂中配备:20份PC、4份LCP耐热剂、4份PS-g-MAH、0.2份BaSt稳定剂、0.2份HSt、1份石蜡、0.3份BaSt稳定剂、2份硬脂酸酰胺、3份玻璃纤维。
实施例2:
增强型ABS、PC共混材料配方,每100份ABS树脂中配备:23份PC、8份LCP耐热剂、6份PS-g-MAH、0.5份BaSt稳定剂、0.5份HSt、1.4份石蜡、0.6份BaSt稳定剂、4份硬脂酸酰胺、5份玻璃纤维。

1.一种增强型ABS、PC共混材料配方,其特征在于:每100份ABS树脂中配备:20~23份PC、4~8份LCP耐热剂、4~6份PS-g-MAH、0.2~0.5份BaSt稳定剂、0.2~0.5份HSt、1~1.4份石蜡、0.3~0.6份BaSt稳定剂、2~4份硬脂酸酰胺、3~5份玻璃纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增强型ABS、PC共混材料配方,其特征在于:每100份ABS树脂中配备:20~21份PC、5~6份LCP耐热剂、4~5份PS-g-MAH、0.3~0.4份BaSt稳定剂、0.3~0.4份HSt、1.2~1.3份石蜡、0.4~0.5份BaSt稳定剂、3~3.5份硬脂酸酰胺、3.5~4份玻璃纤维。
