本发明的目的是提供一种隔音PVC胶皮用料配方,PVC原料、碳酸钙和增塑剂为主要原料,添加聚酯树脂增加耐热性,添加六甲基磷酰三胺提升隔音棉在空调内部的吸湿性,添加炭黑补强胶皮,添加热塑性聚氨酯弹性体提高耐磨性、强度、弹性和耐热性,添加氧化锌提高防晒性能,添加抗氧化剂防止原料氧化,该PVC胶皮性能优异,可以很好的适应空调内部环境,适用于空调隔音中。

技术领域
本发明涉及隔音棉领域,尤其涉及一种隔音棉的PVC胶皮用料配方。
背景技术
我公司主要生产用于隔音棉上的PVC胶皮,隔音棉通过PVC胶皮涂上胶之后粘一层棉毡,之后再裁剪成所需要的形状。PVC胶皮是隔音棉的主要组成部分,其性能尤为重要。我公司生产的PVC胶皮主要用于空调的隔音中,因此需要适应空调内部的环境和结构,因此解决上述问题就显得十分必要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种隔音PVC胶皮用料配方,PVC原料、碳酸钙和增塑剂为主要原料,添加聚酯树脂增加耐热性,添加六甲基磷酰三胺提升隔音棉在空调内部的吸湿性,添加炭黑补强胶皮,添加热塑性聚氨酯弹性体提高耐磨性、强度、弹性和耐热性,添加氧化锌提高防晒性能,添加抗氧化剂防止原料氧化,该PVC胶皮性能优异,解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种隔音PVC胶皮用料配方,包括有以下重量份数的料:
PVC原料50-70份;
碳酸钙60-75份;
增塑剂10-15份;
聚酯树脂5-10份;
六甲基磷酰三胺2-5份;
炭黑10-15份;
热塑性聚氨酯弹性体3-10份;
氧化锌5-10份;
抗氧化剂2-6份;
进一步改进在于:还包括有钙锌复合稳定剂2-4份。
进一步改进在于:还包括有阻燃剂4-8份。
进一步改进在于:还包括有稳定剂0.5-2份。
本发明的有益效果:PVC原料、碳酸钙和增塑剂为主要原料,添加聚酯树脂增加耐热性,添加六甲基磷酰三胺提升隔音棉在空调内部的吸湿性,添加炭黑补强胶皮,添加热塑性聚氨酯弹性体提高耐磨性、强度、弹性和耐热性,添加氧化锌提高防晒性能,添加抗氧化剂防止原料氧化,该PVC胶皮性能优异,可以很好的适应空调内部环境,适用于空调隔音中。

PVC原料50份;
碳酸钙60份;
增塑剂10份;
聚酯树脂5份;
六甲基磷酰三胺2份;
炭黑10份;
热塑性聚氨酯弹性体3份;
氧化锌5份;
抗氧化剂2份;
还包括有钙锌复合稳定剂2份。还包括有阻燃剂4份。还包括有稳定剂0.5份。
实施例二:
本实施例提供一种隔音PVC胶皮用料配方,包括有以下重量份数的料:
PVC原料60份;
碳酸钙70份;
增塑剂13份;
聚酯树脂7份;
六甲基磷酰三胺3份;
炭黑13份;
热塑性聚氨酯弹性体6份;
氧化锌8份;
抗氧化剂4份;
还包括有钙锌复合稳定剂3份。还包括有阻燃剂6份。还包括有稳定剂1份。
实施例三:
本实施例提供一种隔音PVC胶皮用料配方,包括有以下重量份数的料:
PVC原料70份;
碳酸钙75份;
增塑剂15份;
聚酯树脂10份;
六甲基磷酰三胺5份;
炭黑15份;
热塑性聚氨酯弹性体10份;
氧化锌10份;
抗氧化剂2-6份;
还包括有钙锌复合稳定剂4份。还包括有阻燃剂8份。还包括有稳定剂2份。
以上实施例的胶皮用料配方均采用PVC原料、碳酸钙和增塑剂为主要原料,添加聚酯树脂增加耐热性,添加六甲基磷酰三胺提升隔音棉在空调内部的吸湿性,添加炭黑补强胶皮,添加热塑性聚氨酯弹性体提高耐磨性、强度、弹性和耐热性,添加氧化锌提高防晒性能,添加抗氧化剂防止原料氧化,该PVC胶皮性能优异,可以很好的适应空调内部环境,适用于空调隔音中。

PVC原料50-70份;
碳酸钙60-75份;
增塑剂10-15份;
聚酯树脂5-10份;
六甲基磷酰三胺2-5份;
炭黑10-15份;
热塑性聚氨酯弹性体3-10份;
氧化锌5-10份;
抗氧化剂2-6份。
