Claims (13)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af præcipiteret calciumkarbonat omfattende trinnene at: a) tilvejebringe og kalcinere calciumkarbonat-omfattende materiale; b) læske reaktionsproduktet opnået fra trin a) med en vandig ammoniumklorid-opløsning; c) separere uopløselige bestanddele fra calciumklorid-opløsningen opnået fra trin b); d) karbonisere calciumklorid-opløsningen opnået fra trin c); e) separere det præcipiterede calciumkarbonat opnået fra trin d), kendetegnet ved at kimkrystaller tilføjes til calciumklorid-opløsningen opnået fra trin c) før trin d).
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at det calciumkarbonat-omfattende materiale af trin a) vælges fra gruppen omfattende præcipiteret calciumkarbonat; naturlige calciumkarbonatmineraler såsom marmor, kalksten og kridt, og blandet alkali jordkarbonatmineraler omfattende calciumkarbonat såsom dolomit.
3. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved at det rå calciumkarbonatmateriale af trin a) har et minimum calciumkarbonatindhold på mindst 15 vægtprocent, mere fortrinsvis på mindst 50 vægtprocent, især på mindst 75 vægtprocent, og mest fortrinsvis på mindst 90 vægtprocent, f.eks. 98 vægtprocent baseret på den samlede vægt af det tilførte materiale.
4. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved at molforholdet mellem ammoniumklorid og calciumoxid er fra 1 : 1 til 8 : 1, mere fortrinsvis fra 1,5 : 1 til 4 : 1, f.eks. fra 2 : 1 til 3 : 1.
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved at, i trin c), adskillelse af uopløselige bestanddele udføres ved screening, bundfældning og dekantering, og/eller filtrering.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved at, i trin c), de uopløselige bestanddele kan flokkuleres før de fjernes, ved tilføjelse af højmolekylære flokkulanter, hvor kationiske, anioniske flokkulanter, og/eller non-ion flokkulanter, fortrinsvis copolymerer baseret på polyakrylsyre kan anvendes.
7. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved at, i trin c), flokkulanten tilføjes i en mængde fra 1 til 50 ppm, fortrinsvis fra 2 til 40 ppm, mere fortrinsvis fra 3 til 25 ppm, og mest fortrinsvis fra 5 til 15 ppm, baseret på tørt CaO.
8. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved at, i trin d), karboniseringen udføres ved at føre ren gasformig kuldioxid eller tekniske gasser indeholdende mindst 10 vol.-% af kuldioxid til alkali calciumklorid-opløsningen.
9. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved at, i trin e), præcipiteret calciumkarbonat opnået fra trin d) separeres fra moderluden ved filtrering.
10. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved at, efter trin e), det præcipiterede calciumkarbonat vaskes med vand.
11. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10, kendetegnet ved at, efter trin e), det præcipiterede calciumkarbonat opkoncentreres eller tørres.
12. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 11, kendetegnet ved at den udføres som lukket proces, hvor reaktanterne genbruges.
13. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 12, kendetegnet ved at den udføres som batches eller som en kontinuerlig proces.
